Let us stick to facts where RAB have increased their holding to over 11%. If they wanted to keep below to 10% or below they would not have bought over 11%. There is no guessing needed when the facts are staring you in the face.

Apparently, if you check some time back you could have bought these shares at that price as well. The opportunity presented itself at that time. Many wish/want the sp back to those levels..... totally understandable.
