We can see by previous RNS's by being equivocal means that this is taking longer/delayed (for whatever reason?)

The annoying aspect is that we still not have had regular updates as promised....we seem to have been promised a lot in the past but nothing ever comes to fruition.

With reinforced security at the site, the resettlement of the locals is taking a lot longer than usual IMO.

Safety of everyone is the main concern.

However, this takes time and time is money.

Whether we like it or Not, we'll just have to suck it up like the rest of the placings.

Sp reaction seems to encourage this.

If we are still in this limbo situation the first tranche of 393.1M warrants expire on 13 January 2024. It will be interesting to see what develops as we progress closer to that time. Will the warrants be used no matter what the sp is at the time in order that they can try and increase the sp for when the

second tranche of 500M warrants expire on 17 May 2024.

To keep the sp on an even keel.

I am racking my brain and cannot think of any other reason other than this resettlement issue that has raised its head. We were led to believe that the banks were seemingly happy with everything. Hope Kefi has a contingency for this outcome as who will pay for the added security so Is it a 50/50 split? Do we know?

This was all coming together at one point and nowa chasm is starting to unfold.

The above suggests that there maybe some potential "security" issue in the resettlement process, hence the "mobilising additional support to the Tulu Kapi district."

Resettlement is one of the Key" issues as without this no groundwork can take place.

Is this "the" concern for the banks at this late stage?

I know that it is difficult to do so as this is getting rather depressing reading.
