I think a government briefing is definitely due. The problem right now as i see it is that at the moment Afghanistan is taking up all the prime ministers time and he will also be keen to avoid the press just in case they turn their questions from coronavirus to Afghanistan and Dominic Raab. People definitely need constant reminding and that is what these briefings did.

Do I take it that when these briefings are ongoing that there is a positive correlation with the NCYT share price?

I joined the shareholders list today off the back of the drop in the share price. I liked the results and was going to buy at 440p but decided to wait.

I think you only need to look at the recent increase in lockdowns again, Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam which I thought had things under control and the rises in hospitalisations and mortality in the UK to realise NCYT will continue to be at the forefront of testing and make exemplary profits for some time to come. Today's rise in the published Covid mortality rate in the Uk is getting of concern again.

It's not the amount that matters it is the fact that Sir Tony has bought is a milestone. Bought and holds more now than probably all the dissenters. That's four that have now bought and as we draw closer to September. Patiently waiting on 3 news angles and will the Queens Award Day seal us any more business?

Any one of these would I think be well received by the market. If we see more than one then that would be a very good month.

There also has to be an outside chance of a higher value tech contract coming along to make the full year numbers visible.

I think the fact that 3 Directors have bought at the same time is the really encouraging point and after the webcast and queries.

DRC is coming and it also shows their confidence in still achieving guidance estimates.

A smaller spread would let others take advantage of this good news.

I drew attention to September being the month for probably more meaningful news from Westminster Group so todays update didn't surprise me as August is a bit of an inbetween month. Peter Fowler though did provide some useful bits.

Liberia. Boots on the ground and prepping the land for inspection and screening. Should come online for $1.1M additional revenues in September. That was according to the RNS.

Democratic Republic Of Congo. 90 day transition period should also be just about up and operations are expected to commence afterwards. I think this was the one that provided the most progress for they have deployed key boots on the ground, subsidiary formed for staffing and are prepping the logistics to start.

At the Port of Tema the civil works on the 4th berth and increased capacity were anticipated by September. Today he said that the 4th berth is due to become operational 'later in the year'.

Key personnel out there and arrived in this day and age has to be a battle half won.

Question. Has there ever been a time when Westminster Group have had 3 Institutional investors like this, Janus, HSBC, Crux?

I am actually getting optimistic that a good AGM statement will now move us up. Lots of tech contracts, Houses of Parliament, Queens Award, two really good contracts won and reputable institutions having bought shares.

I wasn't one of the lucky ones in the ballot for the AGM.

Do we normally get an AGM statement?

Was anyone lucky enough to get one of the golden tickets to attend?

I am fairly new to Westminster and even I am surprised at the speed of the fundraising and unhappy that it has been announced after market hours. Slightly underhand that. Both contracts being announced consecutively along with the interview seem to have been intended to drive the price up just to get this away. Shareholders funding company growth. I shall wait until I am in profit and exit as I am not sure that £2.5 Million will be enough. I had thought double that might be required. 5 airports and £1M per airport.

I don't think anybody will deny that there is a bright future and that it is undervalued. With the benefit of hindsight though the share price would have been higher had he announced them the other way round and then done his interviews. Todays one first would have reassured that they had sufficient money and yesterdays would have propellled things further on top just due to the size of it.

Johnjojim I was thinking exactly the same and that now with visibility over 4 contracts Banks may now be the more likely funding source.

Westminster cannot be as bad as some have suggested for with todays news they are saying that with this Liberain port contract they can fund from existing resources, including warehousing etc. Debt free at the moment as well must be to their advantage.

Another 10 year contract and this time a sea port in Liberia to follow on from Tema. The revenues and profit streams are now just starting to rack up and Westminster is massively undervalued. That's now 4 Managed Services contracts. Ports as well, following on from Tema, are resilient businesses. The Queens award is really working in winning business now. United Arab Emirates connections also seems to have won the tender process. Are we established there? and have we any more of these contracts secreted away that could come good?

Some people who sold yesterday are going to be absolutely kicking themselves over the next few days and weeks. There must surely be a massive re-rate on the cards.
