Shocking update really for this time of year when they should be doing most business.

Supply chain problems means less materials and stock from overseas and a higher rate of returns means that there is something not quite right with the products being sold for instance sizings being off or not matching what is in the picture. Or it is too easy and cheap to return items.

It could also lead to heavy discounting in the January sales window which will further impact on margins and profitability.
