Tiger16 the heat and intensity of trades seems to have gone out of Helium 1 for now. I'd expect it to fall back a bit whilst waiting news of the well start around mid July.

It's about as clear as mud. What is needed is an update on their total cash position so investors can see that they are not going to be mugged again and again. The presentation shows the cost of this appraissal well and additional dril to be much higher than competitors can do similar. The dilution is simply phenomenol.

In LB's most recent interview she inferred that Helium 1 didn't need all the money raised but the presentation infers that they do. So which is correct

There has to be a fundraise of sorts coming as nobody is chasing this higher presently and it's all gone eerily quiet.

Is nobody concerned about the fact the latest presentation shows that cost of the drilling and appraisal well seems to have swallowed up all of the Placing money. Did they not say they didn't need the full amount and were covered right through for a further year.

Doesn't the presentation figures contradict this and how come Noble can do similar and at a fraction of the cost?

You might get it at nearer 200p as the City of London hasn't warmed to the new strategy and its sinking day by day and I'm not sure its bottomed yet.

They will have plenty of time to order fill tomorrow with a lot of those 1.6 Billion shares coming on the market.

It's a psychological thing. Some have sold knowing it might go back to 0.50p. Others are learning the hard way by watching it fall and it is frightening others off buying. Some may have been lucky to advance sell but others don't get their shares until tomorrow morning.

In that climate do you see it going up or down?

Admitted to the market tomorrow and a lot will just be getting their hands on their shares for the very first time and will look to sell at a 20% profit. Tomorrows opening auction and the order book all day will be interesting.

I subscribe to what you are saying but those from the last Placing at 40p will see a very decent profit and might be inclined to bank some or all of their profit just in case. It doesn't take too many Market maker moves with a 5 point spread to finish those returns. I'm just pointing out the obvious.

If they fundraised some 6 months ago they must be getting close to another and yesterdays rise would make it even more tempting. It's just my bugbear with Aim companies that they continually use investors to raise and raise finance. No interest payments to make on placing shares.
