Well the market is telling Lorna and co what it thinks of repeated cash box placings and a licence purchase outside the box.

This share should have been 3p and over and with multiple billions of shares trading hands.

Now look at it.

Existing shareholders need to be included in the fundraising equation rather than blatantly thumped each and every time.

When 'the company' becomes the primary objective over shareholders and cash box deeply discounted placings become the norm it's time to re-evaluate your investments.

Cash box placings are deeply discounted and for only a select few and never does the invested already individual get the chance to participate. Instead they watch the share price half and quarter.

In this instance they could have easily waited one week or two and did a placing at say 3p.

They need Tanzania cash so theres another raise coming.

Wouldn't bet against it being done quickly and another cash box.

The only time 'shareholders' seem to get a mention or thought is in the videos after where you can argue the videos are done to try and shift on the placing shares. They've become secondary to cash box in sectors and Board ambitions.

That's how I see it.

Cash box placings unfortunately are not synonymous with long term shareholding .

You can also tell from the order and sequence of the interview that she is more interested in the newly acquired interest than Tanzania and the interviewer himself seemed disappointed.

Watched the video and have to admit that I don't trust her.

It's all company over shareholders and she really didn't give two hoots about doing a cash box placing as opposed to a normal placing.

What would have been in both he company and shareholders interest would have been to announce the EWt result, let it rise, then raise. I just don't buy the justification for cash box placings.

No reassurance either that this is the last cash box and they are going to have to come back soon for further money for Itumbula.

I do agree with your general sentiment and it looks like when they come to placings they just roll over. All at existing PI expense.

That's another successful placing at virtually half the price of the 2.15p that some investors were paying last week in all probability buying forward sold shares. Great percentage return for the placees. Near 40% dip for PI's.

This should have had several billions of shares trading places today and a rising share price instead of stuttering and collapse that we're all witnessing.

IA don't say never with 1.09 as they have already killed the mood with effectively a half priced placing.

Timing here has been really poor for they should have announced the results first, let it rise and settle then raise. Then raise about 2p to 2.5p.

There just seems to be wanton disregard of existing shareholder interests and if they are not being looked after, and this is the 3rd mega discounted placing, then people pull their money out and go elsewhere.

The value is constantly being ripped out this company by constant deep discounted placings and all the added dilution and they still need monies for next stage development of Itumbula. There has to be another raise to come.

Instead of appearing weak and bowling over to the first offers that get made, sound out others or this ends up like UKOG.

Todays placing announcement is virtually at a 50% discount to where the share price was last week.

Agree there will be another interview.

But hang on a minute, once you had a positive EWT weren't you not meant to be able to dictate the price. Instead of shifting PI's with another half price placing that doesn't even appear to be further Itumbula or indeed Tanzanian development work.

This morning probably marked the turning point in this share as its outraged many of the PI base needed to pass on these placing shares. If the PI buying thins and the placees keep selling to.profit then you would think that continues until it gets back to the placing price. Others selling out along the way.

What are they thinking about buying into licences in other countries? and how much more money and dilution will be needed to actually get to first produced Helium.

Another fundraise has to be on the cards before the end of the EWT to fund any further Itumbula work or any of the other prospects on the Tanzania licences.

That is most of the placing shares were sold on amidst all the ramping hype for a very nice profit to the places.

PI's sadly left holding and mugged.

Your either in the know and party to the placings or your outside. It's the only way to make money.

Elsewise it's just pure guesswork.

Why do you think the share price rose over the last 10 days then dipped on Friday prior to the announce.

It should head that way ultimately as less and less PI's find themselves willing to be constantly robbed with discounted placings that just pop up out the blue.

Let the Board chase rainbows and invest their own monies instead of granting themselves free carry options.

If you watched the last presentation the smirk response when asked about further fundraising and the effective response that they would do what was in the companies interest (over shareholders) gave you the heads up on where shareholders figure.

Sadly rather than investment material its turned into only a share worth trading.

They haven't even kept the focus on their own Tanzanian prospects which will take a fortune to drill and evaluate, let alone produce from and here they are already buying elsewhere.

I really feel for those sucked into the hype at 2.0p and over and those watching good profits disappear faster than a magicians slight of hand.
