1.09p is looking imminent and this full EWT was killed the moment the Board cashbox placed in the middle.

I think you should temper your expectations re a further LB interview. She has been known to drop the share price further. I think the shorters will be willing her to do one if the daily numbers are as low as suggested and the interviewer would be sure to ask on the economics and also on funding. In my book it's in the danger zone for a next placing.

Does anyone know how much does each development well will cost?

You know overall it is positive but I'm not blown away by it, and neither is the market.

Needs more development wells and the RNS is lacking real excitement.

Some may be eyeing up possibly a switch to Hex with their RNS this morning and potential for a Helium 1 fundraise.

If it was an excellent RNS it would have flown out the blocks. It's all looking very subdued.

No mention of a JV or offtakers in the RNS either......

The Good is that the basement flows Helium

The Bad is that the concentration levels have dipped to 5.5% and 5.2%

The Ugly is that artificial lift and 'additional development wells' are needed to get project economics. The latter is going to need a lot more money.

Placing to come

They actually might just be here to save others getting ramped into buying placing shares and to let those cash box investors out the door with what has to be a next one coming. Everybody knows they only covered the EWT with a small contingency and will need more money and that delays on Aim stocks are never good.

It seems clear to me. Rinse the first placing through the market and then deliver next news.

They need Opex mònies so there has to be another placing coming

JohnHenry if they had waited only 1 week then they didn't need bucket shop placings. Yet they still went ahead and did it.

No RNS in the morning, when they should have finished the EWT, I think shows they are still trying to clear the last cash box placing before the next announcement.

Might see 1.20p tomorrow if now news.

Your betting on one of two outcomes. EWT RNS with or without a further fundraise.

But everyone knows they need Opex money as a minimum to keep them going post EWT.

Be Wary.

It's not normal business is it. The placing shares from the cashbox placing need to be rinsed through the market. But the appetite to buy has dried up because Helium 1 need more cash and there is every chance of another fundraise to accompany any news.

Everyone has also witnessed how severe the discount is to anyones existing holdings.

Nobody wants to be the wrong side of any placing, let alone another cashbox one.

Rampers need to work much harder to clear the last cash box placing shares so the company gets the nod that theres no overhang left and clearing the way for the next RNS and raise.

Will it retract to the 50p again?

I wouldn't rule it out as dark forces at play where the S4C share price is concerned.

Given LB's last interview and time frames then the second EWT should have finished.

So are the results poor, is it still ongoing or will the results come wrapped up in another cash box deeply discounted placing.

I'm sure she'll do what's in the best interests of the company first, oh and the shareholders.

It's no secret that they only covered the EWT with sufficient funds and a small contingency so there has to be a fundraising coming imminently.

Do they cash box place with the next EWT RNS to cash in before any sell off.

LB has nailed her colours to the mast with the last cashbox that its Company first then shareholders. Danger zone timing now and it has to be the easiest way to lose a lot of money if your holding when they conduct the next placing.

Poor RNS but there was advance warning so nobody can complain. It will be hard to retrieve those lost revenues so several poor updates to come.

I dont think anybody is nervous about the EWT. I think people are nervous that the most recent cashbox fundraise didn't include some Opex for Tanzania, for they must be close to needing it.

How many fundraisers this last year and aren't cashbox placings utilised to avoid General meetings and seeking shareholder authority?

Next EWT update once this present placing is rinsed through.

Shorters have this one in a strangle-hold and decide just when it goes up and when it retreats.

The saving grace is the market is telling them to stuff any more cash box placings where the sun doesn't shine, and that they should have focussed on the results of the primary asset first, namely Itumbula results. This latest interview has not worked in resurrecting the share price. In fact the opposite.

JohnHenry a cashbox placing was not the only option. You can go to Primary Bid and raise cash quickly and you have great say over the discount and it is nowhere near the giveaway discounts the Board are negotiating. Cough. What negotiations. Primary Bid also gives everyone the chance to apply for shares if you're registered with them.

Three times they have done cashbox placings at ridiculous discounts which are not share price friendly.

Are you for real that this was a good placing. It was a giveaway at half price to last weeks trading high. The only people seeing good in it were those that profited by forward selling some last week. Cash box placings do not sit alongside long term investments.

It's a bit like comedy, timing is really important and they could easily have waited 1 week or two weeks to finalise the deal. It's cost people a lot of money again.
