So on the one hand they announce a deal with NOS for access to their content and on the other basically say they have given up producing anything until this wonder app whilst raising more money. AM still needs to go, liability.

Really not sure who has got hold of the social media accounts of MVR, but latest Facebook post 'Wireless connect thanks to Melody VR - Pa Salieu' - what does that mean, some lame attempt to suggest they are filming this year, or just that the new one is coming and they don't have anything to do with it.

As a result of this conversion notice £1,270,000 Loan Notes have been converted in to 63,310,069 ordinary shares (the "Conversion Shares") at a conversion price of 2.006p in accordance with the terms of the Loan Notes.
