Looking forward to seeing what new hat AM will be sporting, that's if he even appears on camera. SC will likely lead proceedings and we might be lucky with a quick set of answers to selected shareholder questions.

Penny has dropped that the previous funding was awful.

I wonder if we will get a statement that at the AGM that AM is stepping aside for the good of the company and a new name is going to start at making this company successful? Wishful thinking or a real possibility?

I’m sure all will be revealed with a detailed question and answer session at the AGM, AM, SH and SC will field all questions from disgruntled shareholders and leave everyone over the moon with new promises, not.

'N & G/Equitory have taken over the reins' - really that is quite an odd comment, N&G are shareholders, period, making money out of NAPs, that's all. They will be long gone once the share price goes up and reaches the last placement price.

Equitory have done very little in the way of earning their wages, they don't reply to comms, I wonder if they will even bother to email out the Zoom link for the AGM given their appalling behaviour.

Utter waste of my time reading the Q&As, nothing concrete and more of the same. Badly run company, led by people that don't have a clue and always hide behind AIM rules.

Where is the holding RNS then? Nice & Green are an investment company, they aren't here to make friends, they will start selling all the way up.

This company promises a lot but delivers nothing. Where is all the news promised? All the deals? All this money invested into this new art company?

Shame none of the board members see fit to buy shares too. AM, SH and SC have a lot to answer for.

I think shareholders are going to be in for a surprise if you think we are just going to be able to have a conversation with management at the AGM - we are not. Zoom won't be two way communication. Selective questions will be answered and they will go through the motions of the resolutions, but that's it. Any tough questions will simply be ignored.

Better tell Matchett, he doesn't appear to know about this news, too busy on his unlimited holidays to bother or care less.

Absolutely, remains uninvestable until funding arranged, must of been forced to be restored which can only lead to one way traffic until the mess is sorted by the board.
