Of course the campaign is to stop dilution, but to everyone, not just his own holding. How can he trust any board that doesn’t even tell him of a fund raise and give him the chance to maintain his holding.

There is no coming back from this, either he goes if we fail, or the board goes.

Unless this gets above 1.4p the options cannot be exercised. Funny how it’s not going above that price though. Don’t trust TB to do what’s right for shareholders. He needs to resign or end up being pushed, but his copy book blotted years ago.

Do we have another NEW on our hands? Forward selling shares has it's risks, this has set the cat among the pigeons - Pity Paul Ryan and Trevor Brown sold their shares - they might have to start buying back to grab hold of the company again.

FCA need to investigate who is going to take the placing shares and if they are short and if they are related to any director of member of any of the companies.

Why weren't PI's allowed to take part in an Open Offer - because the directors didn't want us to benefit from the warrants. PI's always the fall guys.

No trust left with this company - and warrants at a lovely low price too. Easy way to cover a large short for somebody. And all not happening til mid January too, blaming it on delays - not very believable given their previous statements.

Nice idea, maybe the government should of made more of this.

Yet again the company disappoints and run out of money.

As long as the directors keep their salaries coming in I'm sure they will continue to progress at the usual glacial pace.

RNS - Sounds like Deja vu, get on with the legal action and end the misery for shareholders one way or another.

I suppose this is all just part and parcel of delivering large machinery, why they don't just get the fund raise news out and we'll have a full house of bad news.
