OTT have got exactly what they wanted, destroy the company, get rid of the board and get a cash sheet. They need to tell shareholders what they plan next.

A month into the year and still no news on other divisions of company. This company is much more then P2F, the board seem to have forgotten that fact. Update your shareholders, you raised money for these businesses too.

Didn’t escape my notice that the directors even had the nerve to use the RNS as a CV to sing their praises. Suspend the share now, how can this be an orderly market with no board and unknown shareholders?

Old board, done exactly as expected, it got too hot to handle and took the easy option, this was not in the best interests of shareholders, they knew there was no value without them.

Why is this not being suspended?

Not again, another placing with low warrant prices and not offered to existing shareholders.

Cast my vote - board of RMS - start updating your shareholders on what is going on with the rest of the company and stopo focusing on just Pharm2Farm

Chris Ackers is apparantly selling #DEV to pay for a tax bill but now on Twitter he is said to be buying shares in #MAC - makes complete sense :)

I'm sure the big investors know all about how to short a share. I wonder if the FCA would ever get involved and take a look at share dealings in the company, I doubt it.

@redhammy, agree, the company is its staff, without them and their 'knowledge in social media' etc, then what is left, nothing. OTT currently don't have my vote if any EGM is called despite the awful board of ICON.

How can the London Stock Exchange exist in a state where shareholdings in companies have not been verified - totally unacceptable?

Last RNS said ‘early in the new year’ to update us when the vote is, why are they dragging their heels? Or is that a silly question.

It never rains with this company - positive news 'Company believing that an agreement in principle had been reached.' followed by the inevitable bad news.

It's the customers that need the news just as much as shareholders - who is going to buy a subscription when they don't know what's coming along or the frequency of content being released?

If AM had any scruples he would know he is out of his depth running the larger company and hand over the reigns to someone who could seriously drive this forwards.

Perhaps the ticker should now become NAPS in line with how sleepy they are on doing anything visible :)
