Looks like Miss Dees is really keeping to her promises - 18 days since she made this announcement and shareholders still in the dark about is going on. About time she started talking.

Sometimes founders need to realise they aren't up to the job and let someone else take their baby on to let it flourish.

This company now needs to go on a massive cost reduction scheme, starting with board member salaries. They should get a percentage paid in shares. Far too many highly paid staff. Overlapping of roles is likely now the company has merged, more cost savings needed.

If AM goes there is more chance the share price might go up :) I don't support AM in his role any longer - he is out of his depth and it shows.

AM has had his chances and should go before he does any more damage. The only ones who will get rich now are Nice and Green and the directors. Dilution and dilution and now death spiral funding of last resort. He should have put some of his own money in again if he wanted shareholders to do the same.

Remains to be seen of Nice and Green are 'investors' - once that fact is known then shareholders will be able to decide it was a good move or not. Do they have TR1's in other companies?

How did the board suddenly get new jobs so quickly when they only took decision to resign yesterday?

Resigning should not entitle them to any deferred salaries - they left, they lose it.
