The Equity Sharing Agreement The Equity Sharing Agreement provides for a monthly payment to be made by the Syndicate to the Company, being �47,916 for the first 11 months and �47,924 in the twelfth and final month (the "Monthly Payment"). just did some checking as to what price the rkt will be trading at, as it wouldnt make sense for it to be volatile at all RKT price is pegged to the price of US dollar but in ETH (1 RKT = US$ 0.1). The final price of RKT will be determined 24 hours before the start of the public sale on the GBX website. so my post was definitely flawed but dshox what i meant was that this company can take part in the public sale of rocktoken and then get early access to other tokens being sold on the exchange as explained here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRmzmH04H20 but as they have clearly mentioned acquisitions, i think this is unlikely unless i am wrong ?
