ok fair enough, but i guess you should know most are holding at between the prices of 8-10 so there is no need to talk about a placing at 5p, unless there is evidence supporting that imo they could easily go about acquiring a small stake in a company for 1mil see how the market reacts and do a placing at a higher price, like many other companies have done

even if a placing does come, it has to come with news, there simply at current is not enough interest to sell the shares to anyone imho..thats why the market cap is as low as it is, given we know its going to be blockchain related..so i dont expect them to place at 5p... the only logic to support that theory, is a placing happened 6 months ago at 5p but then you go see what else happened 6months ago and predict that is going to happen as well.. i mean why stop with the placing, or why even begin with it..???

that is a fact..if they invest into a private company, then who knows how the public will value it, that is the beauty of it all..
