Mr Beadle, I have been around a long time and read many posts to hear that things do not happen when we expect them to happen, hence the reason why people are not buying PRD today since everything has been put back a month, Their is a saying, don't count your chickens until they hatch.

what is making people think that we will have news by the end of the month, any evidence to point to new by the end of the month or is it wishful thinking?

What i do know, its one less day to the start of arbitration which should be starting in the next couple of months if you go by the singapore arbitration website which states its normally takes 6 months before arbitration starts
