Kabaa
Just to point out a few things
1. Oilex many times before the court case tried to agree payments with GSPC and fobbed off
2. Oilex took GSPC to court and won the Case
3. Holiday judge brought in, No balls, Sent the case to arbitration, Wrong thing to do and i smell a rat, Why not wait until the case judge came back from the holiday
4. GSPC, Managed to find money tucked away under the sofa to take the case to Arbitration when they were suppose to have no money.
5. Off to arbitration that Singapore Arbitration states it can take 6 months before a case is heard.
6 Oilex and GSPC decide to postpone Arbitration and try and sort it out between them with Oilex knowing that GSPC do not really want to negotiate.
7. If these negotiations fail and i sense the frustration in the last update from Oilex, then oilex must go back to Singapore Arbitration center and ask for the case to be heard, How long that could take, Who knows, 6 months and wait for the results???
8. In the mean time, Oilex is burning money, since no work on site is happening,, Maybe this is GSPC plan.
9. Not one of us knows what is going to happen, but points 1 to 8 are the facts, you cannot get away from the facts, they have happened or happening.
If GSPC has a change of heart and come to an agreement which is possible, It will all depend on what is in the agreement that will make the share price rise, But don't expect the share price to go from .2 to something stupid, There will be a rise and maybe people like me might have to jump in at .4 or something like that, But at the moment, This is nothing but a gamble and while we are waiting, i have put my money into BooHoo ready for the results this week, So any luck, the £500 i lost with oilex, i hope i make back with BooHoo.
Regards your comment "If you think the market will drift around at this price if a deal is done, waiting to let you back in before it goes up, you've got an awful lot to learn."
I have never said that the price will stay the same,, It will jump up, but there will be an opportunity to jump back on board.
