RE: Arato Global Opportunities Limited25 May 2019 16:53
Hi All, Again a few good posts.
I guess maths was not one of my strong points at school, So bare with me.
1. On the 17th April, Arato Global Opportunities Limited converted £150,000 to 1966888 shares , Would i be right that the average share price would be 13.11p?
Also
2. on the 13th May Arato Global Opportunities Limited converted £100,000 to 1441664 shares giving a average share price of 14.41664p ?
3. Now this is the point that i am struggling with Arato Global Opportunities Limited. AGO ltd then sell these to the market and sell at the price at that moment in time, So lets say the share price is 7p and yes, Flood the market with the shares causing the price to go down which we have seen over the last couple of weeks. What i am struggling with, isn't Arato Global Opportunities Limited loosing money, Why sell at such a low price when the shares were given at over the 12p price,
Its like, If i lend you money, Say £100 and then say, Can i have shares to the value of £100 and you sell them to me at 10P a share , So thats 1000 shares, i then go to the market and sell those shares for 5p, then i am only getting £50 and loosing £50.
I agree with hulltiger and wait to see if Arato Global Opportunities Limited covert more shares to sell on the market
Maybe i am looking into this a little to deep, but no harm in asking questions if your not sure
By the way, Sorry if i have mis-calculated, I was rubbish at school at everything.
