Well i have finally taken the plunge and bought in. Only issue was the spread, So down £90 at the moment, but long term hold.

I will continue to hold for now , BUt we still have the question mark over the loan, PLUS we will be missing at least 6 months of income that was suppose to be going towards Drilling , So I know that PRD kept half a million back to use on other things when he got the loan , I just hope that he doesn't need going looking for more money, If anything , I would prefer he came to share holders to buy shares at a discounted price.

Hi Hulltiger, just going back to your point on reliant on PRD, I have just this morning watched the full presentation and yes the Cerp looks to be a good investment going forward with saffron and gove Fields with the promise of regular updates from the company to stop the likes of shorters messing with the share price and also the CEO committed to buying shares after the close period that he is now in, the only downside that I have is the possibility of the company seeking more money to fast track the project a d we all know the pitfalls when that happens, but it looks like a 50/50 choice for Cerp. At the moment, no rush to buy shares, but it seems that cerp will have s lot going on from September onwards.

Sorry to other PRD investors for chatting about cerp, but felt I had to address hulltigers point and that I had not been negative regards his cerp investment

Hi Hulltiger , Yes i wasn't looking at the bigger picture of CERP, So yes your right. Sorry about that ;-)

Just to add regards Prd over CERP , Cerp share price will be reliant on Prd , So any news is going to effect both companies , So at the moment, Cerp will be no different to PRD to be in , Just that you have feet in both camps and should be news after October unless Paul Griffins tells us otherwise , Maybe i am wrong but after my email to PRD , maybe Prd and the CERP Video, may Paul will be forced to update the market next week.
On a positive on CERP, I don't think they have any outstanding loans

Sometimes I think it's just me over thinking things and coming up with the wrong answer, Their is a saying about DYOR, lots of research is done after the buying shares when things don't seem to be happening what was suppose to happen, I have kept well informed on PRD since I was over loaded with to many shares since everything seemed so promising, but how can you DYOR on the company that your investing when the CEO is not keeping its investors up to date. There is a interview out their from this year that Paul states that people were saying that PRD was behind schedule and Paul denied it, saying everything was on track.
When you have thousands invested in a company. You expect the CEO to keep you informed, Very disappointed, but lucky that I did not press that buy button on Thursday.
I would be keen to hear from other posters to hear there views.
At the moment, I will continue to hold the remainder of my holding because I have now held on and if CERP is correct, we could see oil by the end of the year, but that depends on if we see another cln

I was that Mad about the findings on what is really happening in Trinidad that i emailed PRD with the link to the video asking how comes that we are having to find out what is happening via CERP and Prd are keeping us in the dark to protect the Share price.
This is totally wrong, I have smelt a rat a few months back and the last interview that Paul did , Paul spoke about it been a race between Trinidad and Morocco, Well Trinidad was suppose to be happening NOW and Morocco at the end of the year , So when he was talking about a race, That rang bells and i emailed the company a few times, but no reponce
To be honest , I would rather have been told that there was a delay and NOT stung along , I almost bought 50K of shares this week thinking that we were suppose to be making money and a RNS would land today (Friday)

Honestly, I am not happy regarding what is happening and i am sure that i am not the only one, I have money invested in PRD and have been invested for sometime now and i feel that us PIs dont matter.

Hi, I guess this is the 4th email seeking information and no reponse , Well i guess there is a saying about mushrooms , Kept in the dark and fed on Whatever !!!
I have asked a number of times for a update, We were suppose to be in production by now but nothing. Infact we were suppose to be injecting C02 Months ago and i have just found out that there is a delay and this information came about after watching the video presentation by the CEO of CERP who states that C02 injection is due to start in September.

I am not sure if your keeping investors in the dark to protect the share price, But there needs to be trust between Prd and the investors

Also, Whats happening regards the new broker and the funding ? are we still on the death spiral ? You can tell that i am not happy, Thats due to not knowing whats happening

Bradleybear, thank you for your input on this , Planning on going over the Past RNS , Video's and other presentations this weekend.
I fully understand why we are kept in the dark, I feel that paul does not want to spook the market regards the delay, just its bad when your finding this out via other companies (Cerp)

I have to say that the video is very good and good for private investors looking to buy in.
As some may know, I am invested in prd and to be honest, I feel like I am a mushroom, kept in the dark and fed s**t .
Interesting to hear that they plan on injecting C02 in September due to the time it's taken to get the paperwork done, all of this is news to me because according to PRD, we were supposed to have been injecting C02 around march April time and going into production soon afterwards.

Over the weekend need to spend some time going over PRD presentation just to remind myself what was said.

I am a novice when it comes to anything likes of this, so I might have picked things up wrongly, but I do understand the logic of injecting C02 in one end and oil coming out of the other end.

Quarter of the way through watching the video, from 18 minutes, cerp talk about the partnership with PRD and the C02 project, what I can make of it, this project is a long way behind with C02 still needs to started to be injected which will be September at the earliest .

Regards Profit from oil, cerp gets 30% and the rest goes to heritage . No mention on what PRD gets and also cerp is getting a free ride from PRD.

I am a novice in all of this , but maybe someone with more knowledge will be able to get a better understanding of what is happening over in Trinidad.
I think over the weekend, I need to see past interviews on what Paul is saying and try to come up with a conclusion on what is really happening and what we are really investing in and what will be our return.
