As you can fully understand, its been a frustrating for all PRD Supporters, I would however would have liked a better way to communicate rather than a open forum, Maybe a twitter chat for true investors in PRD.

I can confirm we are now acting as broker to Predator Oil & Gas.



Both the Company and BHC remain in a dialogue with Arato, who are fully aware of their disclosure requirements if and when they full due. If there are further conversions by Arato they will naturally have to advise the Company of this, who in turn would disclose to the market, as they have done previously.



Similarly, if Arato move through percentage points (up or down) in terms of their existing shareholding then obviously they will announce this also.

Hi Mniy, I fully understand that Paul is old school, but for private investors, it's the not knowing and no updates, the worse one for me was not been told of the 6 months delay in going into production. If I had known, I would have done things differently with my PF and to hear from Cerp CEO, that was not good and we still have not had anything official.
Ok I'm now fully understand what is happening but we had to work it out ourselves.

After saying all of that, I love the project, of Trinidad and Morroco, not totally sure on Ireland since the story has changed unofficially but the future looks good now everything is in place for Trinidad, what I would like to know, when will we expected to see the first barrel of oil from Trinidad.

Hi Razel, I am keeping a low profile, honestly it's like been on a roller coaster waiting for the next big dip.
When you feel it can't get any lower, it slips further and our other big one that is waiting for meaty news is also hovering at 28.

On a positive note, sitting in the garden enjoying retirement and nowhere near retirement age, so I have something right.

Regards PRD. I thought about a email to PRD but decided against it for the moment, it's not a total waste of time because you get it out of your system, won't get a reply thou.

I cannot comment on Sarah since i don't know anything about her, But its been all so sudden but normally if someone resigns, Its either be Sacked or Resign, Or some reason that Sarah decided that its time to go, We will never know, But its forwards and upwards and it was dice to see that 2% rise yesterday even though its back down 2% again.

Sarah Cope has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company and Carl Kindinger has been appointed Non-Executive Director and interim Chairman with immediate effect.

Paul did say that people are offering him money !!! Not sure if the brokers could give information on the CLN, But it does seem a positive that PRD changed brokers, So reading between the lines, It looks like Paul feels that he was sold a dud of a loan and he is doing something about it , Lets face it, Paul has lost the most due to the fall in the SP.
I am happy with my average with buying under 5p. Just got to wait until the end of the year now so see my investment grow
