Just watched it. My view. He’s irritated by question. No comment of ‘never heard of them’

He knows it shortens recovery time. He mentions 24HR’s but for that read 3 or four days. So he knows there are benefits

Then enter ‘is it worth it on public purse’

Therein lies judgement… he know it’s been overlooked and it’s easy to talk of 24HR’s

But he maybe knows it’s only best used when u r half foooooked. Namely in hospital. Not actually that useful at keeping you out of hospital.

So no change for me other than there ARE benefits. He knows. But maybe not magical benefits. And his cost vs benefit notion is perfectly fair and applies to any drug

If there is huge success in the trial and then the stock… when profits abound and we develop more and have solid history… it would be nice (and indeed proper in my mind) for the company to send something to those who enrolled in the trial without knowing whether they were placebo or drug…. Their fear at that time and their hope that this would help them in any way must have been agonising. And not knowing then deteriorating must have ended so many hopes. Not to all who enrolled but to those who died that helped provide evidence of the drug’s success…. if indeed there were any placebo deaths.

Two days of hovering. At 4.15 I hit buy! Top up would suggest it was spare money! It was borrowed . In the hope that everything I have read has led to this result being good enough for some level of success. That’s all it will need! I watched their latest video on their website site over and over. I read it! It worried me a little. I could see the logic behind it! And I had not actually considered it once! If results indicated that inhaled interferon given at the right time predisposed more people to long COVID than compared to placebo group then that, I think is game over for covid treatment but not so ASTHMA nor COPD and others.

Conversely the elevated interferon levels in long COVid patients can potentially be put down to the fact that the body is, of course, still fighting the damn disease!
