I don’t have any questions business was flying before the acquisition , they clearly think they can extract more from Adelicous than they currently are so lots of upside to come in 2026 . Might not be clearer until closer to Q4

They reiterated 4.5m earnings so will wait for the profit upgrades as that’s definitely underselling it

Yeh 3.5m free cash next year from onerous contracts so why didn’t they go for debt or defer more of the cash or wait to buy next year

Could live with it this time but next deal definitely has to be with debt

Given how easily the share price gets manipulated, if 10% of the shares are now going to Candy Tobin and Co - that's 10% less stock the MMs have to manipulate with

Dowgate have the same broker - wonder if their capital call was lined up to participate in this

Its on broker calendar that H1 results are out tomorrow but broker is useless so not sure

I asked IMC when presentation is - they said not confirmed yet

Dowgate have 337,000 shares and now flush with another £1.5m equity call - hopefully they are putting it towards AB

Hopefully results tomorrow - investors have been raising capital so should be coming AB way
