If the VWAP gets locked in at the lows which is highly likely, Luis and Brian have just crucified their own holding in Jan in favour of holding 8.3% each of MTGold (the vehicle that doesn't get diluted). They've gone for the option that demonstrates pure greed!

We might get a good trade out of this aquisition, but make no mistake, Jan is going to get diluted to high heaven!!!
