A share consolidation isn’t needed at present. Nominal value of shares is way below current share price thanks to a previous restructuring of share capital. Company has authority to issue around a further 25 billion shares. Death spiral provider can only convert up to £250,000 of loans per month and cannot hold more than 29.99% of issues share capital at any time which is why it sells shares before it undertakes next conversion. Next conversion it can accept over 1 billion shares without exceeding 29.99% limit.

Icon lost £762,000 on the ongoing business according to interim accounts to 31 December 2019 or £63,000 per month so it will need a lot more funding. At last conversion price it will need to issue 630 million shares a month just to pay for losses. If share price falls the share volume will increase further and existing shareholders get diluted continually.

JC01 I hope that if you invested £18.2k in this share you did some proper research? Research doesn’t include just twitter or bulletin boards but reading company reports and RNS announcements. Also hope you diversified your investments? AIM contains some very high risk shares which are great for traders but dire for investors.

This share will continue to drift down even if they finish prototype they still have to then find customers. I note bulls keep posting similar apps in other countries but to me that demonstrates others have already built solutions to rival CTEAs as yet unfinished product.

The lender can convert over 20 billion shares versus 4 billion in issue at present. A mere 800 million to churn at present which I suspect have been sold today for settlement in about a week now that lender has formally been granted shares.

Look at TR1s in recent weeks to look at scale of selling.

Hobione congrats on profit but you may kick yourself in a few years time. The tipping point from valuing this company on a multiple of revenues to a multiple of profit Isn’t that far away and will drive the share price a lot higher imo.

How financial robust are our suppliers of these key application and what happens to service and data if supplier goes bust.

SBTX is a bit of icing on the cake. I like rationale for the IPO as Elrico indicates SOH has generated and crystallised a lot of value and cash respectively from SBTX.

The cake is the growth of core Opti business In gut health and using some of the profit from SBTX works for me.

First three months 2020 £408,000 so even assuming no growth £816,000.

With royalties in 2nd half should easily become a multi million pound revenue business pushing close to profitability

I know CTEA app is designed to be a secure COVID 19 passport but you didn’t call out other poster for his positive spin.

From my conversation with the interim CEO at A couple of investor events, CTEA appear to have a effective middleware layer between blockchain and client app layer so that building client specific app and data input is pretty straightforward. The CEO can clearly explain how the blockchain technology becomes an immutable record of data points. The company’s challenge is generating sufficient revenues from products to offset costs which is why I didn’t invest about a year ago.
