I thought they had converted £500,000 of loan notes leaving £1.5 million. Still a lot of shares to be issued though at current rate that is 15 billion more shares.

Icon is a Standard Listed Company not a Primary listed company which has lower regulatory requirements than Primary Listing and unlike AIM no NOMAD either.

The next TR1 from EGHOS will say they have converted more debt Into hundreds of millions more shares which they will sell.

Crabtree EGHOS are not out forever. They will be back with hundred of millions more shares to sell probably next week followed by similar chunks two weeks after that.

The top three directors are on salaries of £200,000 (per the March 2020 Prospectus) each but do not own a single share between them. They should know the prospects for the business better than outsiders. Yet some posters here see this as next ASOS more like ASIF.

I suspect there will be another drawdown next week. EGHOS can now accept over 1 billion shares on next conversion.

Costs per month were circa £125,000 based on interim results assuming no further spend on legacy Issues versus revenue of £2,500 for last six months.

If revenue was picking up EGHOS drawdowns would be slowing down IMO.

Given the deficit was £2 million at half year and losses since then will be circa £750,000 assuming similar run rate to prior half, the balance sheet will still have a deficit at 30 June and in my view will do at 31 December the EGHOS facility is likely to be extended beyond £2 m.

Of course EGHOS want to sell shares it’s the only way to get repaid the £2million they lent to a loss making and technically insolvent company. The fact that can currently convert at a much lower price than they are selling at is all extra profit.

In about two weeks time based on last five conversions EGHOS will convert another chunk of the loan for hundreds of millions of shares. With 4.5 billion shares now in issue they can now hold around 1.3 billion shares at a time.

The dilution on Iconic will be massive.

More ramptastic announcements will be needed to keep enthusiastic pis to keep coming to the slaughter and averaging down.

Look at page 61 of the Prospectus on Iconic website. The latest £2 million of convertible loan notes were issued in Feb 2020 and those are loan notes being converted at present. The previous loan notes were redeemed via share settlement as set out in same document.
