Couple of questions in my mind though.. How much do those credits cost (ie. How's it funded)

And

How hard is it to join the relevant accords, I. E. Can another miner join within weeks if they choose or is it a lengthy process.. Asking that one to see if we would have an exclusive position /usp joining nasdaq

I was doing some thinking about it, if the estimate is right at around 240p per share, then after the potential issue of shares has happened at my worse case of 30% then that would put the target price after share adjustment at around 170p

This puts it at +30% from today's price after the dilutive effect. That's my worse case on IPO announcement, if it goes the other way then 300p.

Either way I'm trickle feeding this now, a few grand here and there.

Give it til Monday and then the board will descend into chaos once more haha

I don't hold anywhere near as much as you (about a quarter) but I also don't believe in blind faith, we have to be analytical of investments else we will get taken for a ride.

I don't have the sort of money you or Duke have riding on it but i have a strong desire to hold onto what I've got.

Maybe but that was refuted and a bit obvious on its over negativity. It obviously raised some doubts though which I don't think were put to bed.

I must admit the bit for me was the lack of new machines and. The epic issue whatever that turns out to be.. When I read it I thought "urggh great.. Its going down".

We were all hoping for a good half yearly RNS.. It just didn't work that way.

Fair point, so when did it change from what I can see it was from the last RNS.

Which would imply that it was something in the RNS which investors really didn't like... Maybe lack of machines or general lack of clarity

Use facts as best you know them to debate and discuss stop going after people when you either don't agree or don't understand what they have said. Challenge what I've said for sure (it's the point of the message board) but don't just claim I'm a Fudder when you have no grounds to do so.

I ask questions and pose scenarios to broaden my understanding and view point.

Message boards usually have like minded people with different viewpoints, it's good to discuss them to gain greater knowledge on the subject especially if a viewpoint is based on something you've previously misunderstood.

I don't think that's dubious I think that's normal for how a message board should work.

Ironically those who are just shouting "Fudder" each time someone posts arnt contributing to the discussion at all. I would prefer to debate facts and opinion rather than just say its all shorters or evil market makers.

You might find that they are there from larger Pi's to lock in the price, if I had Dukes money riding on it I would consider it.

The shorts could be a hedge to keep this price before the IPO, so the short holder would also be long and using the short as a safety net. This can happen when there's some big money involved.

Let say I believe in ARG but I'm a bit nervous about the IPO.
If I had 10 million invested and I wanted to hedge it I would open a short to balance any potential loss from the IPO (also lose any immediate gain).

You wouldn't want to sell the 10 million as you know that will bring the share price down.

It might be why we are. Seeing the 1.20 - 1.30 range.

There is debate over the term dilution but that's a healthy debate..

Claiming boiler room and all the other nonsense just makes those claiming it look daft.

No boiler room here.. I'm sat in my living room with my two girls whilst my wife finishes a call upstairs. I've got the day off work today hence posting a lot.

I think there's atleast one thing we can all agree on.. Every poster I've read recently actually wants Argo to do well and the share price to go up.

We are all on the same 'side' we just have differnt approaches and views but ultimately we want/need Argo to succeed.

Good info. Although you might not like the word dilution (as it usually means losing money). It most definitely will be a dilution by definition.

"Share dilution is when a company issues additional stock, reducing the ownership proportion of a current shareholder."

Now, like the point you have made, dilution doesn't always mean losing money, in fact the share holders will get diluted but could still be a good earner.

There will be more shares in issue but with any luck the market will receive it well and see the Benifits. That's why the rns has to be very clear what the funds raised will be for, what the terms of loans are and what the time frames will be.

If it gets poorly communicated then just stick a fork in us because we will be done.

You know the irony is many small investors dream of finding that one share that is undervalued that the market seems to be ignoring or hasn't spotted and to be able. To get in on the action in time for it to multi bag.

The reality of buying into that type of share is frustration and doubt as you wonder why the market now isn't moving in on it even though it was the goal to find one in such a way.

It's easy to blame it on the MM but it's not them, they are doing quite a good job considering the sentiment.. Its running between 120 and 130.

A cynic could say that they are holding the trading range to create stability and a reference point before the IPO but I more think that there arnt enough buyers to outweigh sellers yet so the price hasn't gone up.
