@New Dawn
"Full year net profit will be less than £10M, it's still way overvalued, they only hold £42M worth of BTC it's still way overvalued."
I'm not sure that's an effective valuation method. It's like your using an incomplete NAV metric, which is only looking at 1 tangible assets I. E. The btc. There are buildings, land machinary to include in the value, plus then you would need to factor in the intangible assets and goodwill / branding elements.
Once you have that then you'd have a more rounded NAV, the problem is that still wouldn't be high enough a valuation because you would then need to step in and look at book to price multiples, even cheap skates like me who like to buy bargains woukd consider a mutiple of 3 - 4 on B/E ratio.
What I'm getting at is that you cnat just value it solely on the btc that's held and say its over valued.. Its like valuing coca cola on how many cans of coke they currently have which hopefully you'll agree would be a daft way to value it.
