From what I've read the proposed maxum aggregate is just a place holder for ball park figure.. I. E it could well be 130 and not 75.

Yes, I was actually just coming back on to correct myself with that one, I must admit 50/30 million seems quite expensive if its not including machines. I thought it was basically a hanger type building. I ve still got a lot to go through though

Thats all well and good but when the research can't be done as thoroughly as others and the RNS do not give enough information it creates gaps where Fud grows.

I cannot and will not invest happily on blind faith, I need the numbers to see what's happening. My faith in ceo's and dream teams went out if the window with big investments in NTOG and SXX.. I was only a small step away from visiting the ntog CEO and believed in what he was pitching. I got burnt on the two sticks I 'believed' in.

All my other previous investments, such as miners (metals diamonds) have done OK because I can get access to the numbers..

Ceo's spewing out niceties actually make me wary, vague answers when there could be descriptive answers also make me wary.

Tbh I am already tired of the rubbish rns's with a lack of detail, so much so that PW has to produce a little video and put it on YouTube to explain what it means.

I get he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't but there is a halfway which actually gives some numbers and detail in a RNS that wouldn't require a a video each timer

Excellent find, that has detail that could of easily been in a RNS. Such as 50 mil phase 1 kit out and then 30 mil phase two.

So 80million dollars to kit out texas.

Therea loads of detail in the filing it will take me. Some time to read through so I'll be quiet for a bit.

He knows full well that it doesn't matter one bit if he obliterates the current investors as long as he "grows argo" and the directors pockets.

Paying for talent.. Deliver what you've said then build the talent.

This is turning into less of a investment and more of a charitable endeavour.

Yes dilution expected but I was hoping it would be for the deposit for the loan to kit out texas... Turns out it will be to buy carbon credits for this year and last, pay for execs in the US, used as a director incentive..

And to top it off an agreement that the can issue more shares at will plus some other guff.

And before anyone starts.. I am not fudding, the RNSs are pure fud.

Yea but every time I buy the dip it turns into another drop.. Its constant spend without giving delivering on what was agreed with machines.

I'm getting the feeling, what's good for the company is not good for existing share holders.. Pay with shares for everything rather than 'fees', just dilution to current holders, I can't see this going anywhere but down until the listing.

There seems to be this thing where we must spend money on everything except for what will make us money I. E. Machines.

Hopefully there will be a machines RNS soon to mitigate it

Sounds like another spend of more money via share issue that we will pay for, and if the agm is 6 sept and the resolutions need to be agreed before listing the we won't be hearing anything until after that.

That's been my issue all along. Its not fudding its a fact, I think it's the reason for why we are at todays level.

Hopefully as soon as the details are known we can start tracking btc again. I also hope that the market recievs it well and the Benifits are clearly laid out in the RNS that way it can go up on issue.

If the RNS is anything like the recent news flow, I. E. A lack of detail (specifically spelling out what the funds will be used for) then we will suffer.
