Its a nice thought but I think we should probably concentrate more on the £3 range. It's a good dream though and would lead to there being a lot of retired board members and more argo millionaires.. Not that most would have the bottle to hold that long (I wouldn't).

I think we need to have realistic expectations. A few months ago it was £3-£4 as a fantastic price,then £5 - £6, now £10+ being banded around. It will just more than likely end in dissapointment.

Thats about right, there will be extra capital raised further down the line but its source is up for debate.. Maybe shareholders maybe debt maybe sell some coin(unlikely).

We are looking reasonably well financed at the moment as far as a I can see, yet we will still need alot more to kit machines.
Two points though

1) don't double count the 45mil loan payment and texas. The 45mil has been used to fund texas so when we pay it off whatever we have done with texas doesn't have to be repaid fornoutnof the IPO money.

2) We've still got 100mil loan facility to draw down on as a separate piece of funding.

Ive nearly bought some nfts a few times but I just can't bring myself to do it. I used to collect gold and silver proofs so I'm not adverse to collecting, I've even got some art stashed away but there's something stopping me with nfts.

I'm very interested to see how it pans out.. It will be a sad day for me and my wallet come the end of December when pow is turned off for eth.

Unfortunatly I mean 4% overall on all the 50% sales and buy backs I've done in the last few weeks so a reasonable amount of risk for not much gain but atleast it broke up the boredom

I can sell at 139.4 that's almost at mid price of 140.

If I change my quantity to sell I may well get 140.5 for my sell.

All the computer would see if my trade went through just above mid point so it would say its a buy.

There is no flag attached to a transaction to say if it was a buy or sell because it was both, someone bought and somone sold. The only thing that makes a difference is if the transaction happened above or below the mid point of the quoted buy and sell limits

It technically was a buy though, the person who nows has them bought them.

Which side of the transaction should it show? If I was to buy some surely that means that someone sold them to me?

Or maybe it makes more sense just saying which side of the mid price the transaction took place on.

If that's the case then if you have managed to 'buy' some under the mid price then it would look like a sale.

Umm I think you are underestimating costs by a massive factor.

100 megawatts of machine will cost around $120 million.
So around a billion dollar to kit out 800mw worth.. That's a lot of shares.

We can build the infrastructure to support 200mw for around $80 million but that is without machines which will cost another $240 million, which we don't have.

I'm sure we will be a hoaster for some time. I'm not sure how lucrative that is.

I also think an elelemnt of dilution was priced in but based on $75 mil not 75 mil shares.. But the SP has gone up so wtf do I know.. It could be that investors are just itching for news.

I wonder how many tears there will be if we do actually fall 20% on nasdaq listing.. I must admit I would see the funny side of it considering the hype and belief that's been put into it.

I think he/she is referring to the fincap prediction on share price AFTER Texas.

We have a bit of a way to go before then.

I'm just trying to ride the hype and sell into the crazy so I can atleast cover my butt come dilution time.

I am actually glad about it too as it clears up a bit of a funding gap issue I had but that's not to say I can ignore the short term impact of nearly double the amount of shares being issued than I originally thought.

Sold half again, I'll buy them back later.

Bit patronising & condensing but I'll run with it...

As I said, $75 million (C. 40 mil shares) is a lot different to 75 million shares.

75 million shares at £1.30 = £97mil, into usd is about $135 milllion.

So in the draft it was indicating, just a few days ago, that it was a fund raise of $75 mil, it's actually closer to $135 mil.

That is nothing to do with being spoon-fed information, it's about having correct information to make an investment decision (rightly or wrongly).

I get tired of all the "In PW we trust" like he's your mate and will look after you.

I think it's completely right to reevaluate when new information comes to light.. Having blind faith like PW is a demi god to just be believed in isn't my way of investing.
