yes i do dougie. they will surely have to include some timeline information etc in the prospectus.of course,as bignose rightly alludes,we may have to read it with a large helping of salt, bearing in mind the disappointing record of missed timescales etc. on the overall picture and in the spirit of conspiracy theory, which is now so prevalent, i do wonder if mellon may be secretly hoping for the extremely poor uptake of the rights issue which i am expecting.he could end up with almost 60% of the company if it is a complete failure, although i doubt it will be quite that high in practice.the necessity of refinancing may prove to be a benefit if it happens shortly before the company moves towards being something of real value.whilst actual FDA and china approval are still quite some way off, they are at least visible prospects on the horizon now and i say this from the perspective of someone who strongly expects ultimate approval from both regulatory bodies. the big question mark of course, still is how marketable will fortacin /senstend actually prove to be. if it is successful, the ability to acquire almost 60% of the company free from the constraints of having to bid for the whole lot and at a very significant discount to the pre existing price, may prove with the benefit hindsight to be a blessing in disguise.
