wylie ceased to be director of plethora solutions last october.he remains the chief scientific officer of endurance rp, according to the current statement on ERP's website re Leadership (under "about us"). his resignation as a director of plethora solutions could have been for various reasons(e.g. simply wishing to de relieved of formal directorial responsibilities for plethora,which is of course,just a subsidiary of ERP. provided he remains as CSO of ERP, then i think his resignation from plethora can be regarded as of no particular significance.

afternoon bignose.odd ,but i was wondering the same thing myself earlier today when i was looking to see if there had been any update to the QC section on the fda site. it just seems a bit extreme for nothing to have happened since the 22nd oct.there are only 2 queries. as you say just a guess,but does seem to have been a complete embargo on news,e.g. manufacturer.

well one would certainly hope so. obviously he is going to be up to speed on developments with the FDA in a way which the rest of us are not, so strongly suggestive of positive news on that front .

evening all. lets hope we are right and mellons increased investment is indeed an expression of confidence.it is small change to him, but i expect even billionaires (or whatever he is) don't like to lose money and probably wouldn't have got to be one if they were indifferent to risk.so in a spirit of optimism, im going with the view that it indicates it least an opinion that the risks are well balanced by the possible rewards. interested to see that the s/p has hit a level just above the theoretical ex rights price of 0.093 hkd quoted when setting out the terms of the proposed issue. fingers crossed for some positive news soon.

they have now posted the relevant next day disclosure,which gives the issued share capita; as 4,566,919,075.

"so what now?" is indeed the question. mellon has complete control now(the 60% can imo really be regarded as more like 80% in practice, given the apathy or indifference which doubtless exists amongst the other 40%).what his intentions are and how he sees this playing out are things we an only speculate on. i would imagine this has now become pretty much uninvestible for any new institutions or significant individual investors ,at least as things stand at the moment. quite worrying really.still we are where we are and at least we can hope now for some news of substantive developments re fortacin and senstend over the remainder of the year.i expect the discrepancies regarding share capital figures will disappear shortly as the reporting systems adjust to the outcome of the rights issue. i suppose one consequence of the concentration of shares in one person's control, is the the s/p will become even more sensitive to good or bad news, although i may be off the mark with that assessment.as always time will tell.

just reread the announcement today and i see i missed the paragraph which states specifically that no shares were placed.so no doubt about it.even i thought they would squeeze a few arms to get some placed. pretty damning.

whilst i do check the ADVFN board everyday,i only do so to see if anything factual ever gets posted.i had enough of booth on here to last me several lifetimes! on the question of resources, the comment on advfn seems an example of indiscriminate thinking (perhaps motivated by an agenda (heaven forbid). imo, one needs to read carefully the various RNSs regarding the various deals,as they all have different terms.for example,the cooper one from 23rd of may states that cooper will be responsible for all launch and marketing expenses. futura remains the legal manufacturer and will be responsible for the supply of Med3000 through its third party contract manufacturer. cooper is to pay an agreed price to futura for the manufacture and supply of med3000 by its 3rd party contractor.

whilst it is not completely clear what precisely this means, it does not seem to suggest that fum will have massively onerous manufacturing costs and in any event coopers are going to pay something for them ,as well as bearing marketing costs.what "launch :costs means it no doubt open to interpretation,but im personally not expecting any fund raise in advance of launch news in EU and the FDA trial outcome.if funds are needed for US launch then that is something that can be considered when the question of approval has been answered.

results ou****llon and co end up with 59.85%,even more than i was predicting.havent analysed in detail(no point really)but it looks as though no one(certainly no one of any substance)took part n the placing.hardly a ringing endorsement,but very much as expected.question is,was this the plan all along? note the fda trial quality control questions are still outstanding and this from the 22nd october.how long does it take(assuming the will and desire to do so)to answer 2 questions on information already submitted and commented on? answer,probably less than 2 1/2 months! just my opinion and i have virtually no understanding of the q/c process,but it does seem odd,don't you think.

whilst there will be no formal news on here,i always check on here pretty much every day in case someone posts some news.i also search google most days for napster news, algorand news and napster token news. if your shares are on a platform you my hear from that, but almost certainly any news will come first from someone seeing it on one of the news searches I've mentioned. the original news about napster being acquired by the algorand consortium was first mentioned on twitter i think ,so i also check twitter for relevant news. if we get to the 31st march with no news i shall email the US transfer agent to see what is happening.also if you go on to the napster website i think you can sign up for news of developments on the new app. i did it a while ago, although I've not heard anything from them direct as yet.

thanks for clarifying.very odd.no idea why they would be removed.makes me look forward to the time(probably not too far off now) when AI, algorithms and automated systems run our entire lives and independent critical thought will be a thing of the past! very much agree with dr mike's view.we have been so hamstrung by lack of cash and i can't imagine what would have happened without the largely serendipitous contribution from venturex/develop global. yep,the covidship has long since sailed,but realistically we were never going to be a passenger on that particular voyage.just flannel imo. in the real world the rights issue has now gone unconditional and all eyes on next FDA news.

morning bignose.perhaps it's just a case of "once bitten....". we have speculated before that the DLI episode my have been engineered to ensure that ERP didn't fall foul of listing requirements (activity etc) .it was a complete departure from the mainstream activity and although mellon has been interested in the longevity sphere in general (juvenescence) it really didn't seem to fit with the existing set up and took place very quickly after DLI's formation as a separate entity. anyway,whatever the reasons,the lack of participation from the DLI investor community doesn't bode well for the placing agent's prospects of success. still expecting mellon and affiliates to end up with something like 55% at end of the day.just a guess and hope the placing agent can get some other IIs on board. sorry but your 9.35 post has gone over my head.obviously im slow getting going this morning lol
