Directors are all highly incentivised with large shareholdings/options, as Mike Edwards still is, so are the brokers who have the biggest %.

The Tao total is much small now as they have been investing it in all multiple subnets and their other activities.

News on the exact deals would be nice.

Director buys also would be nice.

The statement is very positive and now all the dirty washing is out.

The main way to judge it is look at the shares and buying....thumbs up from the market.

Superb day for the cryptos today.....massive amount of whale short positions (which were held ahead of Trump's speech in expectation of further falls) have been closed today i.e. a big short squeeze, and these whales have moved their holdings to cold wallets. This usually means whales are no longer looking to sell or trade—they are "HODLing" in anticipation of further gains. Fecking amazing timing for ASTR with results due in next 2 days. Let's hope it sticks .....or even rallies further 🤑👍

Trump's state of the union speach was positive on cryptos (and AI)... given the sector a welcome lift/steadied it overnight.

It' a shame because good news released into a very nervous market will not have such a positive impact on the SP. That's what we have right now.

I don't think it's about "every day that we don't get news " causing the drop....IMO it is about every day at the moment the whole crypto market is cr*pping out and we get dragged down with it.

Right now I expect they have all the numbers ready for the year end....but they will be finalising the current trading statement in a fast evolving business so taking every possible day they can makes perfect sense to me.

Friday is a good time to get bad news out for sure....but it isn't the only reason to RNS Friday. Good or bad news can come at any time.

Look at the last 2 years....it's what they do. They announce on the last day or 2 possible. Last year the results had news which surprised and pleased the market....they had over £500k in Solana when a lot of people thought they might be about to go into administration and had got overheads down to nearly zero when the cash burn had been horrendous.

Just to be more accurate.....there won't be a maiden profit for year to August 31st...but an update on current trading could confirm they are now making money 🤑📈

My money is on Friday RNS and a maiden profit .....

We would of course LOVE to see the price of $TAO shoot up, but the key objective of a PLC Bittensor operating company is to generate PROFITS regardless of the price of TAO. Everything else is then a bonus..."

Would be great to also get something positive on both Astrid Arena and Astrid Vault.....

Astrid Vault is almost ready. Just tweaking the UI and also sending small bits of random alpha into the vault to check if the mining emissions work.

Found a couple of small bugs early on, fixing them.

I asked AI a couple of days ago what they expected the new Tao holding to be....the answer was 25,000 to 28,000. Even with the drop in Tao price that would be excellent news and counter the drop. So I don't think an "ugly" set of results is a given at all; the results only go to 31/8/26 and I'm expected a very positive update on current trading.

I'm sure that won't stop him working after skiing (hasn't so far with his big posts on X)....or buying more shares; I've convinced myself he will want more than 3% of Astrid.
