Precisely. They started Argo Blockchain and I think did well out of that, getting out before Peter Wall (first class idiot) came in and trashed it. I think they are forever riding on the coat tails of their Argo success. My reason for not selling is Mark Creaser/Siam Kidd/Leo Mercier running Astrid now....but the Edwards and the brokers, together 23% are still somewhere behind the scenes and I don't like that at all.

Just seen this on X, Siam Kidd and Mark Creaser meeting with Sundae Bar. Guess who is non-exec chairman.....Jonathan Bixby 👎. A very good reason not to touch it.

Except that I knew I needed to sell those for a week, left it until the last day in the hope of good news (which we got didn't we?!) and all they have done is drift down every day!

PS Something in my distant memory tells me Matthew Lodge sold those 95m shares but no time now to look back.

Morning all, I have to confess to selling 1.25m shares today @0.1513p. I had to, I needed a couple of grand quickly. I didn't want to but no choice and gutted it has just dropped ahead of that but hey-ho. Now holding 27.5m

Re the Edwards's possibly selling; with so many shares surely they would sell in 5m's and/ or 10m's. Anyway, a good way to keep an eye on that is that every % they go down through they will need to notify the market. Current holdings:

Marallo Pte Ltd - 325,000,000 - 5.14%

Olivia Edwards - 296,500,000 - 4.69%

So Mike Edwards would have to do a TR1 after selling a mere 0.14% i.e 8.8m

Olivia Edwards selling 0.69% = 43m

It was ex director Matthew Lodge who brought Kingtide Carbon to Cel AI/Cellular Goods and I think he got 95m shares in return. I don't know wether he sold them. He then returned as a director and bought 88m (?) shares. So his holding is a mystery although not 3% or more or he would be on the major shareholders list. Could be him though. Could be another holder or 2 with lots of shares. Can't look at it further as off to work, working all week, shock to the system.

Anyway now that I have sold some shares they will probably go up! GLA

The directors can buy shares in the market regardless of the warrants.....Siam Kidd bought c.23m aweek or 2 ago and now that they have RNS'd today the may be free to add again (unless more news imminent). Doesn't look like they picked any up today.

If that's all current news out may be more directors buys coming, after all they can buy uner 0.2p warrants price in the markket instead.
