Vern....I've been wondering the same thing. We know "something happened" with 1 billion of the new shares and Olivia Edwards clearly took 250m of those. I think that brokers have different disclosure rules so that could be the reason they are not listed. I would be surprised if they have sold theirs, not sure they would be allowed to, would hardly look good when they are supposed to be supportive of CEL AI, it was their deal; making a mess of the raise AND then flogging their holding in the knowledge the prospectus was not going to be approved would not look good and be insider dealing. My guess is they still have the shares and perhaps they have even more than the original 500m because they should be fixing this as much or more than Olivia Edwards.

The solana range during that period was approx $90 to $270 so its a guess what the other crypto might be and what it might be worth.

Maybe some was spent on working cap too

They divested 846 solana but don't know what price they got....the possibility has quite a large range.

Vern....correct totals for crypto except at the Interims they had some other unspecified crypto, £50 to £100k worth if I remember right because they divested some of their Solana holding. At one pointvthey had 4253 Solana.

It's been an awful month or so for the share price but I'm expecting we have seen the worst of it now and a big bounce is on the card

Lok I just don't see anything to worry about....our subnet is active and happilly ticking away with miners and validators working away (although I'd like to see emissions a lot higher). Same with the other UK subnets. The 128 subnets seem to include plenty of AI agent type operations so we fit in with that too. CLAI make their cxxk-ups (or the advisors do) but Olivia Edwards looks to have been quite open about the CLAI model.

Saying that, I don't know how a lot of this stuff works and you are clearly swatting-up on it which is very helpful for us on here so thanks a million. It is just my feeling that we are already disproving those conspiracies.

Lok, just look at the style of that thread, skulls and crossbones, "scam!" etc. Typical scaremongering, typical style of conspiracy theorists and haters etc. Just looks unhinged to me. Nobody has posted on it for almost a month and the Cel AI subnet is ticking away quite happily. That poster and their followers want every TAO to stay in the system. CLAI plan to re-invest some and invest some in Bitcoin. The Subnet is centered around skincare/health/beauty. No mention of that from those posters....they just (wrongly) state CLAI are simply taking everything out and buying bitcoin with nothing more to it.

Lok that post on X was 3 weeks old and clearly written by someone who doesn't like any subnets taking TAO out of the system. It was not very balanced at all. Very biassed agains the 4 UK subnets.

I asked the broker straight on this and they wouldn't say how much proportion Cel are getting.....they said I would have to wait for the results.

I owner emissions are Cel AIs but we don't know how much of the rest is theirs; subnet owners can also be miners and validators on their own subnet.

Subnet emissions have risen a little more today, now 12.34 TAO per day, and have overtaken Tiger Alpha emissions again.

Cel are adding value to the subnet via well-being/beauty/skincare etc as far as I underatand.

Interesting that the 4 subnets listed (107/ 121 / 126 / 127) are all the uk ones.....CLAI/TIR x2/SBAR.

Yes, that's why they need to get a decent revenue coming in from the subnet. 12 TAO per day is a good start but the number needs to be much higher asap and start raising eyebrows. Have a lovely day everyone I have to go to a garden party for my sins.

I don't want to see another raise until the shares are higher. Look how sha.gged VULT are. Fortunately 60% of the shares are with just a few holders who won't want 10s of billions more shares issued at 0.2p.

I will be happy with how many I have....just not happy about the average price. Saying that, the 3.5m I bought a few days ago at 0.1648p don't look so bad really. Better to have held CLAI yesterday than HAMA for example. I think it wasn't nearly as bad as people are flapping about. Blue week next week.

Well, I hope we don't get suspended.....I can't see how shareholders are going to take that well and some always need their money so shares likely get hit hard on re-listing. Just my thoughts.....clearly people are agreeing with ART.

Woupd only cause more trouble when relisted. Sadly HK you keep proving your lack of knowledge....like telling me I need to put in a TR1 umpteen times.
