As a shareholder it's not nice to note this but pre the dilution, at the peak of 0.9p, with 750m shares in issue, the Cel AI market cap was not much different to what it is right now. Hasn't helped things that Tom Winnifrith has been slagging Cel off again....par for the course for him as doesn't like crypto but while things are delicate it adds to the downward pressure.

Sushi just makes it up as he goes along. He spent 2 years posting every day that the company were about to go into administration and soon disappears when the shares go up.

My fears of another VULT-like massive continual dilution allayed by this from the General Meeting doc today.......

Nobdoy wants dilution on a VULT scale. CLAI have the £10m to invest in the subnet and bitcoin treasury, time to grow the business now THEN raise at a (much) higher level if appropriate.

Yes it is correct but she didn't TR1 the move from 4% to 7%....it just appeared on that list.
