Excellent RNS today from the company, building a growth focussed portfolio of staked crypto and their subnet creating value too. Great to see the Etherium investment and they still have around £5m cash. Very pleased we are finally seeing a decent RNS after recent months of delays and uncertainty. Good interview with Olivia Edwards today too. The shares are well below NAV but not for long IMO.

.....but it would help if volumes were higher!

I called HL a few days ago to request online trading for ASTR. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Their reply copied below. Any others who use HL, perhaps applying some pressure too might help but h.

Looks to me like Olivia Edwards (like her father before her) isn't drawing a salary. The 7am announcement yesterday states:

"Remuneration and Benefits for the year ended 31 August 2024

A summary of the audited remuneration received by the Directors for the year ended 31 August 2024 is set out on page 11 of the 2024 Annual Report ("Annual Report"). The information contained in the Annual Report published by the Company is incorporated by reference to this announcement. The Annual Report is available at: https://www.getcel.ai/investors

Elliot Fielding was appointed on 3 July 2025 with an annual salary of £60,000. He does not receive any benefits in kind."

OE wasn't in position at the referenced final results end 2024.

Misha Sher is on £30k per annum as referenced in those results......

"Misha Sher was appointed as a non-executive director of the company on 12 May 2022 and is entitled to fees of £30,000 per year under a contract for services for an initial two-year period which can be terminated by either party giving three months' notice. Mr. Sher is expected to devote at least six days a year to perform duties for the Company. The appointment may be terminated immediately if, among other things, he is in material breach of the terms of the appointment."

So by the looks of things it is £90k total per annum on salaries for directors.

As for that embarrassing review, it should have gone by now.

I'm hoping they have been picking up some bitcoin with the price having dropped. Completing the move to Aquis and announcing a bitcoin purchase should help sentiment no end.

I think it is quite telling that in the RNS yesterday it talked about the risk of a reverse takeover. Quite ovious really.....company has around £11 NAV but market cap is around £7.5m.....a quick £3.5m/45% profit there for someone and bonkers the hareprice is so low.

"Does Cel remain the consumer facing brand with Astrid being the tech behind it?" yes I think so. Perhaps by sepparating the two parts it opens the door to do more with the tech.

Why are they renaming it Astrid? Good question.

Looks to me like that link is to a different company in Sweden using the same name.

Her review is just embarrassing, it's not a good look to have a review written by the Exec Chair of the company....if I get a few mins tomorrow I will call the advisors to tell them. If you are reading this Olivia please remove your review.

The website has been updated to incorporate "Astrid Intelligence". However the significant shareholders list has not been updated. Also I noticed that a trustpilot review written by Olivia Edwards appears on the website, looks really desperate to have a review on there from her!

You will be able to trade via HL but you will have to phone their dealers....more expensive, rates advertised on their website. Hopefully they will resume online trading soon but the more people who pressure them by calling and requesting this the better.

Suspension is best avoided, it is terrible for sentiment. Better to face the music as they have IMO.

Can still trade CLAI shares on LSE.

Problem was with the de-listing.....makes sense as trades were appearing still under CLAI. Silly of me to think it might all go smoothly!

As the shares have now been admitted to AQSE maybe they can go ahead and buy some Bitcoin in the meantime

Update on trading

Astrid Intelligence PLC announces that, further to its previous notification on 1 August 2025 in relation to the delisting of the Company from the LSE's Main Market and the FCA's Official List (the "Delisting"), the Delisting is now expected to take place on Wednesday 3 September at 8 am.

The Company's shares were admitted to trading to the Access Segment of the Growth Market of the Aquis Stock Exchange as of today. The Company has requested that trading is suspended until the Delisting has completed. Restoration of trading on Aquis is therefore expected to occur from Wednesday 3 September at 8 am.
