I can see on taostats website the cold key swap has happened. B*gger all else seems to be happening.....yet!

By my calclations the cold key swap should complete tomorrow at around 3pm.

There has been some confusion and some misleading comments on social media etc about ownership of subnet 127 and how Leo Mercier fits into the picture. Some even say that he will own SN127 which is nonsense; Astrid Intelligence own it.

I read a very good analogy......

I am expecting an increase in subnet performance/emissions etc soon after the cold key swap and hopefully an update from the company too. GLA

There are a huge 6.3 billon shares in issue. 50m sales is less than 1%. Not significant. I think there was a big seller that was cleared so we bounced....but sadly we have more sellers than buyers right now still.

In the UK, the primary reporting requirement for major shareholdings in public companies is under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5), which require notification when a holding:

reaches, exceeds, or falls below the initial 3% threshold of the company's voting share capital. subsequently reaches, exceeds, or falls below each 1% threshold thereafter (4%, 5%, 6%, etc.) up to 100%.

The obligation is triggered by any acquisition or disposal that causes the holder's interest to cross one of these whole percentage thresholds. The reporting person must notify the company of the change within two business days using a TR-1 form. The company then has its own obligation to publicly disclose the information it receives.

Therefore, a sale of 1% that crosses a whole percentage point threshold (e.g., falling from 5.5% to 4.5%, thus crossing the 5% and 4% thresholds) would require notification.

L200, I don't believe it is Oak selling Astrid's ATM shares at all. It is against the stated intentions of Astrid and against the point of an ATM which is to feed shares into the market at attractive levels and not to surpress a share price. Not only that but it would have to be reported every time the shareholding went down through a % threshold until it went below 3%. Finally, Oak and the Edwards have 23%......it makes no sense for them to destroy their own shareholding by selling at half the NAV.

Considering the large sales volume I am surprised the 3 MMs have been unmoved from 0.11p bid all day. Only one MM has dropped the offer price.

Some big share sales today so far, I'm surprised the SP isn't down a bit more. Mind you the sneaky MMs are always hiding trades etc so we never know the full picture.
