1p is nice but 10 billion more shares isn't. I think they are going to get big investment into their bittensor project a different way.

I remember very clearly when the new directors first mentioned seeking $100m of investment they were talking about other methods than dilution. The directors are closely aligned with shareholders, they won't want to dilute their very substantial shareholdings. If I thought $100m of dilution was coming I would get the feck out of this it would be catastrophic.
