RE: RNS23 Mar 2021 12:57
No one has mentioned the Company also appointed a debt consultant a month or so ago. This looks like overkill on debt. Any problems?
No, Gullible , you are wrong, again, only one account here. BTW. Please join here as a member, and send me your sale statement of SOU shares at 90p. lol. I'll donate £500 to a charity if you do. But I know my money's safe.
Most of the posters by the Herd, begin with,- I think, perhaps, could be,, hopefully, my understanding, speculation etc, etc.
These comments are made because no one knows. Of course the BOD are not going to issue a RNS on every little decision it makes , but financing the project is crucial. Suggestion for RNS;
The FS of June last year, after due consideration, would place a burden on the finances of the Company, and share holder value, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The indication of finance from a Eu consortium is still in place ( or not), but the BOD believes that a Phased Development of the mine is a better course, and will benefit shareholders. The plan is that minerals will be extracted in the time scales as previously announced ( see rns of ?), but less plant and machinery will be initially used, thus reducing Capex quite considerably. The reduced output will still show bottom line profitability, and fullscale production will be ramped up to FS levels, and beyond, with plant and machinery purchased from receivables. blah, blah, blah,'
No more guessing, just facts, Will it happen, nah. Smoke and mirrors from the BOD.
I'm getting my tin hat ready. lol.
BTW Westie. If you don't read my posts, how did you remove the one from yesterday, about your use of, should of, could of, would of.?
