Why has it fallen today?

One possibility is an article by Motley Fool. I´m not a fan, and it came up on Google because of my interest in H2 stocks.
In a nutshell the article states that projected T/O 2021 is c15M with a MCap of C 150M, makes it look expensive. Another point is that it is ´new´ technology, somewhat unproven, and in its very early days, and things, can, and do, go wrong.
My point is that ´new´ technology bstocks will always trade on multiples of any forecasts, and penny shares are always high risk/high reward . You pays your money, you takes your pick.

There has been good debate on here on the pros. and cons. as to why ´it is what it is´.
My view is when a company , like PHE, has contracted with ano. company such as Peel, to develop the site, and construct a plant designed and developed by PHE, there is a fundamental business plan problem. PHE are not in control of its destiny in the UK. Since there will hopefully be a plethora of businhess opportunities derived from the success at protos, the Flagship model, then it is crucially important that everything is done right. After vsaying that, it is also crucially important that the owners of the company, us, as SH´s, are informed of developments, good or bad. It is not Peels responsibility to inform us, it is the BOD of PHE. We vre all guessing at things, because we do not know the facts, and that is a failing of this BOD.

Hi BigBench. I hate seeing that phrase, ´somebody knows something´, since it always reminds me of that idiot Soundboy. lol. He was constantly using it, but never when there was a big sale. I think a ´nice to see´ is sufficient.lol.

And what was said about finance ?

It is a MOU, for something less than $1.6B, and the sp was up+30%. Expect increse here to be substantially more if, and when, finance agreed.

Is it possible that the money lenders are of the same opinion as the authors, and came up with similar figures, and that is why finance is proving difficult. Just a thought.

This is fodder foir the herd to justify their share holding here. Serious investors bin these resear4ch notes. Invest on your own research, gut feelings, market trends, etc, but not on written ´paid for ´garbage.

It´s obvious your expertise lies in technology,not in ncorporate governence. A ltd Compant can be legal within a day or two. I know, I have done it. As you say spv`s are only a matter of minutes to fill out as submit. Finalised. Your reply, which I thank you for, did not include a timescale on how long Peel have known it was responsible for building Protos. You now have admitted that it has crossed sufficient ´´ts´ and dotted ´i s´, ´ so I'm hopeful of news next couple of weeks.´. That will put us around 19 April.
A cautionary tale, most posters willk now about the collapse of Enron, and subsequent fraud investigations into its management and their improsonment. Cause of all that - SPV´s.

I would like to know how long it takes to form a subsidiary Ltd company, and then timescale for obtaining a SPV? Also how long has Peel known about its obligations to PHE wrt Protos site?

With a MC of 225m, how is this share ´cheap´.

And with this humungous order ´ pipeline´, the sp drifts inexorably downward. For the ´herd´, watch what happens when it enters into contractual state with 4/5 of these, and then when the ´bottom line´ reflects these orders. Bottom line is jam today, promises are jam tomorrow.

The important phrase there is ´ rise could be rapid´. the co may fail for a variety of reasons, it´s done it before. I hold a few hundred 1000 shares to cover your preffered option, but with my option, if, and when, the sp reaces 10p, there will be a good deal of contracted orders, and over 4/5 years may reach 50p. I´m happy with a 5 bagger. Greed in the past has cost me loadsa.Good luck

We are disappointed, with such a huge, stupendous, order pipeline, the company is very slow at converting any of them to contractual status.

However Pedrol, I´m pretty sure that the co, would not pay me for that article.

I wish people did not get so hyped up about research notes. The company pays them for it, and they use info. supplied to them by the company. People would not have been so impressed if the note had added ;
´It is concerning that htere is no substantive movement on converting the pipeline into contractual obliations.´

BTW, Norfolks post to moi was in response to a critical post of mine about the ´úpdate` RNS, and also I posted the below, yesterday, which she/he had removed. Well done Norfolk

Sorry to hear you missed your buy in point Testpack.

Thanks very much for your thinking , and that of the 19 others, that Market Makers seek the gravitas of my posts and will drop the sp for me to 'get in', I'm somewhat flattered. I'm quiet happy with my buying price ( I buy in tranches rather than in one fell swoop), and am in healthy profit at the moment. Rest assured , that you and the 19 others will be the first to know when I have something really positive to say which hopefully the MMs will see fit to raise the sp substantially. On the downside for you and the 19 others, this will almost certainly coincide with a RNS release by the Company detailing conversion of 'pipeline orders' to contracted ones with definitive timescales.
