Interesting to see RDS working on HFC for ships. RDS has been diversifying from fossil fuels over the past 2 years, and have a progressive CEO in BvdB. I'm sorry to hear of dra loss. However, he lied earlier when he said I was abusive to him. I have not. the only issue I had with him, was him being an apologist for Peel. This business model with Peel in the UK is not good. May be in 3-5 years, but at the moment, Peel's agenda is Protos Energy Park, not PHEs DMG plant.

Biden has announced a $2T budget for 'green' issues, including, the replacement of all ICE vehicles to Battery, not helpful for H2 producers. He did not mention HFC V. His big obstacle is the Republican party is for Big Oil, and Trump reversed may of Obamas legislation on EPA issues. The Republicans still has an outdated, immoral voting procedure called the Fillibuster, which states that legislation, for many reforming Acts would need a 60:40 in favour. The Senate is presently 50:50 . Ergo the problem for the Dems and their spending.

The high temp. gasification unit developed by Pyromex ag is the basis for the current DMG modular unit. Pyromex was a modular unit. Thermodynamic and construction changes were made by PHE to the system to enhance it's capabilities and efficiency. It got into a legal tangle with RenewMe over aspects of the technology PHE used. PHE settled with RenewMe by issuing, in the main, I believe shares. Be certain, without Pyromex, there would be no DMG.
I had a post removed by either dra or pitlock on Friday. The post was in reply to a post from dra calling me a prat, which he repeated today. My removed post stated that when a debate is lost, the vanquished resort to childish abuse. dra was not happy with me for saying he was a novice investor , as proven by him mailing PHE director complaining about the share spread. Nothing it can do about that, it's MM. Attempted interference by a company, or its broker, with its share price, is considered attempted market manipulation and is very serious. dra then resorted to abuse. I said that when the opportunity arose, I would visit PHE HQ and relate my concerns. The irrelevance is that the article is about 'Potash Brasil' and the Company has said it is likely all production will be sold in Morocco.

I believe that when/if OCP decide to acquire EML, a premium must be paid. When 'all your eggs are in one basket', however, you may not be negotiating from a position of strength.

If the above are 'dreamland' holdings, then there are S/h here living in dreamland.

However, one major critical omission from the RNS, no timescales. As if they have no idea how long it will take even now, with reduced Capex, to get finance. One would have hoped, with all the people it has on board now, looking at finance, that someone would have tested the financiers. before releasing the rns. We have muppets running this company. Glad I have de-risked substantially from a year ago.

DrA. My initial post to you was wrt your post about company governance, in which you stated we 'didn't understand it'. I take offence at that and I told you how simple it is to get a subsidiary Ltd Co. and a SPV. All you need is a decent accountant. Your last post agreed with this and said both can be done with hours. You were apologising for Peel, like that or not, that is a fact.
I wasn't telling you to ask the BOD the questions I posed, it was a request. You don't want to, and upset them , ok, no problem for me. When CV19 restrictions ease, and I can travel to UK, I'll go to the offices and ask myself. I know personally, 2 medical Drs and a PhD that invest and post on message boards, none of them use a dr in their avatar, and none state that they are Drs. The comments that they do make, however, show other readers that they have a good working knowledge of facts and principles You go down a different route. ok.It's whatever turns you , and your followers, on. In reply to my post you stated that protos was a FOAK. Yes, I agree. However, it is not stand alone, which is what my post was saying PHE needed. A stand alone project is one in which there are no other considerations except to build a FOAK Flagship plant.
Protos FOAK DMG is going to be built by a third party, whom PHE have no control over, in a timescale that suits it, and will be built alongside several other factories on their energy park. Injmy opinion , this is not good. We are still guessing as to when this plant will be completed, and it is a modular construction requiring concrete bases and services. Not rocket science.

Notforalongtime. I have had several posts concerning DrA and his motives. He is the only PhD member that I know of that advertises his PhD? Why. He also said we didn't understand 'company governance' , a little arrogant don't you think, or is he right, and you don't.? I have posted several complimentary posts on PHE, on the process, the technology, the market, but I am not impressed with the fact that we are in the hands of Peel for not only our Flagship project, but every other UK DMG plant.
I asked him very relevant question of the BOD when he is next in contact, something else he freely advertises, and the reply I get is, 'I don't owe you or anybody an explanation'. I wasn't asking for an explanation, just to ask the BOD some relevant questions. Obviously he hasn't got a degree in English language. lol. So, to get out of answering the question, he throws the usual 'blah blah blah.

Can I ask someone who understands English one question. Would it be better for our investment, for the Company to build a 'stand alone plant' to prove the concept, which I'm confidant, if successful, would bring in many overseas orders.?

At present, our future in UK is dependent on another Company, whom we have no control over. Not good, In my opinion.

I thought the presentation went a little too far in trying to dispel the questions raised in the 'uninvestable' documentary on Ytube.

I thought the demeanor of both our presentors was very poor. Little time with 'eye to eye' cotact with the screen ( the interviewer) . Both were guilty of rolling eyes and looking at their ceilings for far too long. Gave me the impression they didn't believe what they were saying.
They spoke at some length about the phosphate market in Brasil, and a few minutes later said it's probable that production may never leave Morocco. If it has a plan to get OCP to invest in EML, and for it to take all of it's phosphate production, it begs two questions. First. Golden rule, 'Never put all your eggs in one basket'. Second, why should OCP invest, and then take all of EML production?, better to buy it out. And forget many multiples of present SP.
On finance, equally as vague. Like it's policy on 'markets', it is ruling nothing in ruling nothing out. This is not Management with a clear, decisive plan. After being questioned about Ned Kellys appointment, and his relationship with Trident, it was said the Company is not looking to Trident as a means to raise finance. A few minutes later he said, 'A deal with Trident is not an impossibility'. I can see why , in face to face meetings with likely investors, this pair come over as 'not too bright'. I have de-risked a further 100k shares, and feel comfortable that I will be able to repurchase a tad cheaper a little later.
BTW, USA is stating that OCP's phosphate price is being subsidised in Morocco and may ban imports or place tariffs.

It's a risk game. and in your 'I'm all in post'. you failed to mention the direct comparison between the 'old and new era', and that both are not good at converting 'huge' order pipelines. two old sayings, 'talk is cheap' and 'actions speak louder than words'.

Don't you think the 'appropriate' time to announce a 'delay' and any progress made or not made, would have been end of Q4? The Company, hopefully, must be aware that important milestones like this report will only add undue conjecture amongst S/H's if delayed.

DrA. Thnx for the reply. During your conversations with 3 Directors of the Company, do you raise any of the following points.
1) Is it good business good practice to have the future of the Companies construction and production in the hands of a third party.?
2) do PHE exercise any control over the timescale of the building of these facilities.?
3) Is PHE happy with progress to date in UK?
4) Do the BOD think there a relationship between the Protos Flagship plant and obtaining future orders for DMG Worldwide.

The question of should you be given the boot for being a failed paid ramper is moot. Obviously the sp is in decline, but we are aware of several posters who have bought shares on your 'opinions'. A Golden Rule of investing is never buy/sell shares on the 'opinion' of an avatar on a bulletin board.

There are 'paid de/ rampers', and my opinion of your involvement or not is purely based on your being an apologist for both companies, PHE and Peel. The Company governance was an issue that you raised, and specifically that us 'plebs' were ill informed as to the company procedures. and formation of a new Ltd entity and a SPV by Peel, were reasons as to delays. I simple informed you that this is misleading, and that a good accountant can have both, legally up and running in days, not years. I asked you how long had Peel known of it's obligations to PHE wrt DMG in UK, and received no answer. This is the timescale when 'governance' could, and should have, been accomplished.

Also DrA, when you are having a conversation with BOD of PHE, can you ask why a 'stand alone' plant is not being built, near a large refuse site as a suggestion, to prove the concept in a working environment, with the syngas product being used to generate electricity. This would definitely, if successful, bring in immediate orders from overseas, and satisfy the main requisite of any BOD's, increase shareholder value. Thnx in advance.

This is not an update. It s oldish info. already out there. It is fodder for the herd. Any ´new´ news must be released via RNS from PHE. It remains very quiet. I´m afraid that now I am of the opinion that DrA is a paid ramper for PHE/Peel. Comes over too much as an apologist for both of them. Of course,this is only my opinion. He went on at somne length about the ´governence issues´ and the time it takes. I easily put that in the rubbish bin. A good accountant can havea Ltd Co registered,and a SPV is days.
