Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Why do you say 'no sales' when that is factually incorrect?
I fear that, unless Innovate UK agrees to a debt for equity arrangement, it will almost certainly end up in administration with ordinary shareholders getting nothing.
Are you not worried about the massive debt?
Tom Winnifrith has been 100% correct on this stock so quite why you think that you look smart having a go at him is a mystery to me.
This is not a penny share because of Tom Winnifrith, shorters.... blah blah blah.
It is because VRS has failed to deliver on absolutely everything that it has promised for a number of years and it is effectively insolvent.
All the evidence to date suggests that VRS providing a solution is highly unlikely.
I would not expect anything to come of this based on Versarien's track record regarding collaborations.
It is worth being clear here - the woes around the VRS share price have nothing to do with short selling.
It is where it is because of over promising and failing to deliver.
You are spot on:
No professional investors
No Director share buying
No meaningful news
Some people are certainly gullible and.......then there are those that don't know what they are talking about.
They are there to make a market and try to make a profit too - it's a business ffs!
They are obliged to make a market in a certain quantity so there is always at least some liquidity. Market making can result in huge losses for brokers - if you don't believe me go and read some of the interim/annual reports from some of the quoted brokers.
There are no 'transaction fees for each purchase and each sale' charged by market makers - don't make things up to try and justify your argument.
This is nonsense - the clue is in the name! They are there to make a market so when there are more buyers or sellers the price will move accordingly. With this stock they will be very keen to maintain as flat a book as possible.
Funny how private investors are the geniuses when a stock is rising but its always someone else's fault when it goes down!
I'm always amazed at how arrogant most VRS fanboys are - you are almost all sitting on massive losses yet you have the audacity to trash DCTA where many holders are sitting on substantial profits.
DCTA has a proper Nomad, institutional investors, credible management and commercial contracts. Furthermore it has a US billionaire with battery interests holding nearly 30% of the equity.
From memory (so may be suspect!) I think that results from some of the Gipave trials are due this summer.
Odd that Aecom wasn't mentioned in the last results - I assumed that was yet another 'deal' that had fallen by the wayside like almost all of them have so far.
Maybe there is finally something tangible and it's covered by a NDA - unlikely I think, but you never know.
Well done on getting out of VRS at a profit - there are so many red flags on that thing!
I am also astonished that PSS keeps buying and the share price hardly moves - he is worth $7-10 Billion (depending who you read). He must have an agenda - something presumably to do with his battery interests.
Even if nothing happens through PSS the textiles and Grafysorber prospects look promising enough to see the share price higher.
It would be good to see it burst through 500p decisively
graeme1 the bits of info they've given (Eg UK sales +95% etc) tell me the 2016 actuals will be nicely ahead of the new forecasts (they have always beaten numbers despite the claims made by an earlier poster). This is always going to look very expensive before it gets taken out by one of the consumer giants (the takeout price will look crazy ... but not on a 5 year view) Long term hold (until take over) for me
CC Cenkos - obviously 2016 is still an estimate but that will be based on a strong steer from the company and there are only 7-8 weeks left.
Cenkos have increased forecasts substantially - T/O £93.8m and 21.5p eps. Hopefully a good finish to the year will beat even these numbers. UK sales up another 95% - simply staggering
