Some more positives to reassure folks as we sit here at a ridiculously low share price. (Some quick back of a fag packet calcs here) We purchased reef for 5m in 2015 - reef was turning over £5.75m at the time. That has increased significantly since.. Plus with, blakeway, brook lapping, films of record and the other bits, as group we should be turning over around £22m and rising, apply the same multiplier and we should be valued at about £20m or 4p a share. This is very conservative as for a growing company the multiplier could well be more. 1.7x turnover has been used previously for other m&a activity in this industry. Director buying- massive positive. Between march and June David Galan has bought about 2m shares. The boss doesn't spend £20k on shares unless he believes in his company. From annual report 2016 assets were £15.23 million. So at mcap of £5.8m I'd say there's a pretty healthy upside here. Patience is key. The trading statement we had recently telling us that we are back in profit was not an RNS so this news probably has not reached the wider market. Annual results should do the trick in next few weeks.

I've a feeling we might see a bit more buying leading up to final results in next 4 or 5 weeks. Looks like selling has dried up. Most trades in last two weeks are buys despite what it looks like. I could buy at .093 up until yesterday.

Anima, earlier today I was reminding myself why I am invested here and continue to top up where possible, so for the benefit of this board I will try to recall what I had in my notes and hopefully you will glean some hope from this. 1. The trading statement we had recently stated that they are definitely back to profitability for the first time in years having ditched he loss making parts and they expect group profit to exceed £300k for the year ended 30th June. (Remember there will still have been costs associated with restructure) so this is very positive. 2. The board expect the current financial year profitability to "substantially increase" compared to yr ended Jun2017 3. At the beginning of this year they already had 76% increase in slated commissions compared to the same time last year. That's massive at only the beginning of the year. 4. The board have said they are looking to grow rapidly. The m&a activity in the tv industry is buoyant and with the right strategy we could easily grow quickly then be bought out ourselves by the likes of ITV who have been on a bit of a spending spree of late. 5. The board also mentioned forging new international relationships, broadening our scope. 6. As far as my research shows we could currently be valued at around 1.7 x revenue. That's 1.7 x our turnover so that's about 5 or 6 times our current market cap if we turnover about 20mil - this will be much more as our turnover increases. 7. New commissions such as 'getting the builders in' and 'village of the year' could be big hits. So lots to look forward to with them. Hope this helps.

Totally agree. Something fishy is going on. Past 3 months nearly 27million shares changed hands - mostly reported as sells, yet we are still at about the same price. It appears there are very few buys going through but someone has to be buying the ones that are being sold, so is someone building a stake on the quiet, hoovering up any weak hands while this is still under the radar. I just hope the results, when they are published, will spark this into life.

Yep disappointing to see no upward movement yet, we obviously still have a motivated seller. I have a lot of patience for this share. There are heaps of companies on aim that are not even making a profit and are valued substantially higher than this. We will be rewarded in due course.

There may well be an investor already lined up.

DG said the plan was to grow the company rapidly, I assume we are about to raise capital for our first acquisition.

Jenashon, do you happen to know who the presenter is on getting the builders in? And when it is to be aired? I did some research but can't find that. What I do know is it'll be aired on bbc1 and the produxer/director is Steve Peet, who has a very impressive cv including hits such as DIY sos the big build, amongst a plethora of other quality programmes.
