Another good strategy re the new blocks is to wait for someone else to make a big discovery near your blocks. Then wild cat afterwards. It’s a pretty common strategy especially if the licence cost $25k

It’s possible to develop heron and acquire new blocks without dilution. The initial cost of the licences are minimal and, like block 5, pretty easy to exit. I’d take a block or two and sit on them until we have the cashflow to wildcat. The geology won’t change because there’s a border there. Same geology as eastern China where circa 7 million bopd are produced. Those blocks should be easy to JV with. The Chinese could easily build a pipeline over the border. Very very valuable licenses to acquire.
