Fair enough on the lowball offer comments but we don't know what the offer was and it was made after the DD was completed so Atlantic wouldn't have known what was coming...it must have been less than 30p (that's the value of the Assore bid including dilution of shares)...and rightly it got knocked back...how much and who offered it we may never know...but I think we might eventually when the try again, you don't make a single move like that then walk away...
