The Company is pleased to confirm that the application for the grant of the Mining Lease in respect of the Project has been submitted to the Ghanaian parliament. The necessary parliamentary process is now underway for parliament to ratify the Mining Lease.

Additionally, following the Company's cooperation with the Minerals Commission's investigation into the tragic incident that occurred at the Project site on Tuesday, 9 July 2024, which was led by the Chief Inspector of Mines, the site has been released back to Atlantic Lithium and operations have been authorised to recommence. The Company is taking a steady approach to resuming operations since the incident, ensuring alignment with the recommendations made by the Minerals Commission. Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of our teammate, and we continue to offer our full support to all those affected.

Looks like no RNS until the ML is ratified, then a flurry of RNS's and a major share price bump (hopefully)...Next week?

For me Keith sounds a lot more positive in this interview with Rockstock than the previous one, I noted Keith's final comment on monetizing PLL shares (they own 5% at May 2024), Assore previously bought them all up in January 2024 - could they do the same again, coukd MIIF or another investment vehicle in Ghana post ratification (pension fund)? Could Assore make another offer post ratification....so much could happen, twists and turns no doubt on the journey....but exciting times! Let's hope its for the right reasons...

Sounds like they will fund Ewoyaa mine build via offtake agreement (some of the other intrested parties that were unsuccessful bidders for ALL offtake)...Keith looks shell-shocked with PLL share price sub $10 but he will be even more shattered if Ewoyaa isn't producing in 2 years when Li prices might be well up...exciting updates from both ALL and PLL...c'mon Ghana Parliament light the candle!!

I take spod prices and EV uptake predictions with a pinch of salt...no one knows for sure but I keep seeing more EV's on the road. Intrest rates will also dictate how well off we are, EV prices and tarrifs again will play a part. Will Labour move the ICE band back to 2030...we need to break ground as planned in September (later this year)...the spod price could be very different in 2026/2027 but we are very low cost producers, no delays or the Pack will catch up on our current advantage....
