RE: Ratification18 Jul 2024 13:28
NOTE: This is not a ramp and I can't guarantee this is true!
Someone on Telegram Group said they attended Noosa earlier today and Amanda said that "the Ratification will be issued before the end of next week/current parliamentary session".
I personally find this hard to believe, BUT I do think MIIF and GSE will be applying pressure and that neither democratic party will want to be the one to be seen to stifle a major employment opportunity for Ghana, 800 full time mine workers and thousands of jobs indirectly...MIIF have $5 million in ALL and another $28 million in project investment pending on ratification. Also don't forget the performance shares due to NH, AH etc due to trigger/expire at the end of July:
As it stands right now, the board are set to miss the 66.7% of this yearβs performance rights which is based on TSR, totalling 1.7m shares, if the share price remains below A$0.43 at 31 July.
I am not ramping this share, it could hit the fan at the committee etc. It's Africa although Ghana....DYOR not FA
But who knows, a week and a half is a long time in politics...Jinapor is a lawyer to trade and as smart as MINCON Martins shirts are colourful, he is the key to the ratification and endorsing the ML he brokered...
Watch out for Noosa video on YouTube, coukd be very interesting π€
