Neil sounding a little sheepish IMO...I guess it's taken 9 months to get this in front of Parliament as we are not based in country, out of sight out of mind...or maybe, if a delay of months results until ratification is even voted on is more appealing to Piedmont (delay FID)...he lost a bit of credibility in my eyes when he's been saying "it's being debated now on TV / YouTube" which was just BS...this guy with 25 years experience should know better than making big predictions and looks a bit foolish if ratification is not secured before the house goes on recess...I'm less than impressed by his performance on this matter...
