The article says that the delays to ratification have to be justified with further scrutiny of the ML deal...that's a bit backwards as it suggests that as the ratification is so far behind due to the terrible workings of Parliament, that the deal should possibly be reviewed also due to the predicted low further lithium price in the DFS....so as they have done nothing to help get us to breaking ground now they are saying let's justify it by reviewing the deal....am I the only one constantly shake my head when I read these things and listening to Bagbin....clearly no incentive to invest in Ghana on future ventures if this is how they play it...

What we need to know is when are they going to show their hand..and how much will/can they alter the current ML, the NDC with their big majority are calling the shots, this comes down to jobs, industry and Tax versus political games, muscle flexing and the so called getting the best deal for Ghana...watching some of the Parliamentary coverage today again, its a joke unfortunately and holders of ALL and A11 are not laughing, unless you have a nice little earner like Neil and Amanda...

Neil Herbert should have been in Ghana constantly this year to ensure our outstanding ratification did not become the political football its turned out to be, while he pockets large sums of money for securing a Mining Licence which can be rehashed by the now new majority....very dispointing but thanks for posting.

But you won't be selling anytime soon though 😉😉😉 we all know ratification is massive in terms of the viability of a buy out offer....you don't want to not be holding when it happens...Assore won't be the only party watching this closely, if rat drops and Assore bids don't be surprised is a big fish betters their offer and maybe swallow up Sayona and Piedmont too....what a portfolio that would be for the future at a knocked down price!

My opinion on Piedmont is very different having listened to this Howard Lutnik interview, Howard has Trump's ear and is leading the transition team. He talks about the USA mining their own lithium and the supply to Tesla....very interesting as I know think that although the IRA will be watered down Trump still wants to stick it to China...Piedmont could win a watch if they are seen to be key I the lithium space...remember Elon is well onboard...could Atlantic also benefit indirectly 🤔 that's maybe a stretch but join the dots and things could get interesting very soon....

My thoughts are "don't panic" let's seem what the AGM and General Election brings I early 2025...we have a lot of positives....ratification and we must go higher! Whether that means Assore have another bid who knows but they are balls deep in this...and they have a lot of financial muscle....MIIF, Licenses in place maybe offtake announcement, don't loose your bottle just yet....
