Absolutely...you have to give the new government time to get this on the floor for a vote, that time is on their return i.e. October/November for ratification tobe granted....I honestly think it will happen...remember the 2 year anniversary of the ML being granted will hit the headlines, not a good look for this government especially with press snippets like that one below. The time is now and I firmly believe it will happen within the next 8 weeks at most
