Roley, while I agree that I'd rather have a strong and sustained rise than perpetual spikes based on hot air, I hope(d) that PIRI would fall into a virtuous circle of increased value , allowing fundraisers at ever-higher prices..

I've nothing against value enhancing fundraisers, but was hoping for a step increase as we went along.
We saw this with AAA, although you couldn't dream of a rise like that.

I'd be miffed if we just become any another company with dilution at stagnant prices, which perpetuates the cycle of Placing investors selling into rises.

I don't wholly concur with GedW's views, but a fundraise is inevitable at some point, unless a wad of warrants are exercised.
That's the nature of the beast on Aim.

Although I am finding this share very frustrating. It seems that it just won't gain any traction, despite some very encouraging investments.

Compared to some other investment companies out there, it appears very
undervalued.. and even with the Akers sparkle, seems to have lost its fizz. There are some big holders in here , and I'm hoping some holdings will be increased - which will then put a squeeze on the free float and pressure it upwards.

But, this sticking at circa £4Mill MC is very frustrating. Thought we might have found a new base level by now.

Nick, overcame my innate laziness to find share issue at Companies House..yep, 387K shares in issue before this fundraise round, so Pires own 1.52%

Ps remember the market capital of this company is circa £1Million with some debt owed and a few hundred grand cash in coffers.
So compared to MC, this price is still expensive

SP has dropped so much because this is a company with no assets, a very poor record and cash from a fundraise.
Consolidation was always on the cards at the AGM, and imo the time to buy back into this will be post -consolidation when they probably issue more confetti for cash at a discount.

Cheers Nick, sounds about right..I did an over-siimplified 200k divided by funding round numbers and got 2%..which was a basic guesstimate

Would any tech gurus out there care to expand their thoughts for this Crypto-luddite (and others out there are thinking of investing)..

So , I get the concept that this is all about mainstreaming crypto-investing, bringing big industry into the foray and allowing access from mobile phones - probably producing an exponential expansion of this world.

But, within this DeFi framework, specifically, where does De-tech/YOP stand?

Can anyone out there gauge the chances of success for this platform?
How many competitors?
Future risks and rewards? Future trends/ take-up?

Lots more questions but we'll leave it at that for now..

Not suggesting any foul-play here, has been quite high volume over the last few months.
"Playing by the rules" can include having shares in a nominee account and not being forced to declare.

So , are you saying that the large fall from 6.5p was just a set of random individual shareholders? Hmmm maybe.
For what it's worth I do believe that CA is Keen on this stock .
That's why I'm here! But a bit of trading round the edges might be going on, within notification limits.
And that's fair enough.

I'm just surprised there I've been no TR1s with quite a lot of bulky sales going through.

Roley, the more I read of De-tech/ YOP, yes, the more excited I've become. I agree that it's here to stay, but it's way of operation is not yet embedded in my way of thinking.

Anything can have value and be part of a transaction... And it's my old fashioned old school way of thinking that probably will have to change.

One of my pals was one of the original investors in Bitcoin.. I spent months and years telling him "what a load of xxxx!"

First impression is that this all sounds a bit "pie in the sky" fluffiness...
One of those investments that has blue sky ephemeral association, but never quite makes it anywhere.

Let's face it, most people on here will have invested for the potential RTO involving Chris Akers.. and are probably trying to fit a positive story around new circumstances.

I suppose there is some good reason now to see a possible reverse takeover in the hydroponics market without CA, but since they mentioned 2021 and 2022, there are many things to play out first..

The parlous state of the finances and debt, why haven't directors been buying, how does it continue to exist in an insolvent position?

Very risky. Possibly want to wait for the consolidation and inevitable dilution before investing - unless they pull off a swift shock RTO

I would say a very interesting appointment of CFO yesterday..
Looking at that you would think they feel that they have a strong plan.

Although share consolidation and refinancing is probably in in the making I would think.
